What he states is that there are two typical patterns of women sexual behaviour.
1) r-selection -- slutty girls, who like fast sex, and have a lot of mates,
2) K-selection -- non slutty girls, who lead mostly monogamous life, who you should date multiple times to get sex.

One of the interesting points he makes is that pickup is mostly r-selected, and it works on r-selected girls. Therefore, pickup guys don't even "interfere" K-selected girls, therefore K-selected girls don't exist in pickup theory.

I had many times when I felt that I can escalate quickly, and get sex quickly. However, there were many times when I instinctively felt that I should move slowly.

Yes I definitely think this is true.

I'm into daygame and am K selected and overwhelmingly I'm noticing this puts me in a minority position not only among guys but among daygamers(a very niche group of people) also. We simply don't think the same way, I want to target high quality girls I can feel a connection to and am disgusted by unattractive girls.

I wish r/K and sexuality(and thus daygame) were more studied/widely known. I think K selection makes you not bother with daygame, probably because it draws you to relationships and/or a sense of "contentment". If it does then you'll want to dabble in it a little and find a girlfriend and quit. I think there has to be something unique(perhaps dysfunctional) about our psychology that makes someone like me or Bodi or Krauser drawn to it. Even most r selects don't like daygame either.

The interesting thing I noted about daygamers or pickup guys in general is they are highly likely to be r(and thus untrustworthy and/or have major personality flaws). The most fascinating thing is the narcissism- they are scared to death about being rejected for who they are, so they come up with all sorts of random stupid shit(that girl's a bitch, she's making a "huge mistake", or "I'm way better than her"). And they approach in such a way that it "doesn't really count" as a rejection and don't put themselves on the line such as to avoid the emotional sting. That is what I started out doing in part because I thought it was the right thing to do but it felt much better personally when I tried to connect with girls on a personal level especially as I got strong enough to not care.

I personally think it depends on attraction OR the K selection of girls are becoming a dying breed.

Even the most well mannered non slutty girl will hesitantly but very willingly drop her panties for an attractive guy with game. Add status to the equation and all is Set.

Women love sex, and even the most unattractive women can get Sex almost any time they want! Add that and the large amounts of pregnancy preventers, STD preventers, and lack of shame. You’ll see that women are in the perfect time and place to just go out and be as slutty as they want.

Atleast that’s my observation

Some men think that women think and feel the same way about sex as they do.

While some slutty women do like sex, most women just don't think and feel the way we do.

I've said this before but I think women on average have the same raw desire to GET OFF. What they don't have is the same willingness to engage in real sex to service that desire, even if it would be easy to do so. So men fap because they can't get women and women fap because they can't get the right men. But I don't think many women go very long stretches without having an orgasm one way or another.

I think this shit is purely social programming.

Most women these days (in America) are perfectly capable of and down with easy and fast sex. That "I'm waiting for the right one" shit is all but non-existent these days. Conversely, in more conservative times of years past, most women were taught to wait for that "special someone" or until marriage. It all comes down to culture.

Women are taught these days that casual relationships are the norm so that is what they generally do barring some girls who had a different upbringing in a more traditional or religious household.
