Swedish student stops Afghan man's deportation by refusing to sit down on a plane

https://nationalpost.com/news/world/swed...on-a-plane

Around the world – from Chicago to Munich to Roskilde, Denmark – airports have become centers of political protest over deportations. Activists have blocked airport entrances, demonstrated outside terminal fences, and even stormed a runway in attempts to stop flights carrying deportees.

This week, one Swedish student tried a different approach.

When Elin Ersson learned that an Afghan man was scheduled to be deported from Sweden on Monday, she bought a ticket for the same flight. Once she boarded the plane at Gothenburg airport, Ersson refused to take her seat, standing in the aisle, until the 52-year-old deportee was released.

Her dramatic act of civil disobedience, which she live-streamed on Facebook in English, forced the flight to be delayed by two hours, according to Swedavia, the company that operates the airport. Ultimately, her efforts succeeded – at least for the time being. The Afghan deportee was escorted off the plane before it took off.

“I’m not going to sit down until this person is off the plane,” Ersson said on the Facebook live video, which has now been viewed more than 2 million times. “The pilot has the right to say that he is not allowed to be on the plane.”

If I was running the Swedish government I'd revoke her citizenship and get this SJW a one way ticket to Kabul.

WTF? What sort of cucked airline/airport authority allows a deranged lunatic to endanger and hold an entire airplane hostage? I'm never flying with any Swedish company or having a layover there.

I was standing in the Volo dealer when I read this. Not gonna go there girl. I walked out....

Seriously though, wouldn't they just remove the unruly passenger and go on about their business?

Did it occur to her that the pilot might kick HER off the plane?

I've located photos of the woman's apartment in Sweden (the 52-year old student). Consider yourselves lucky, since these will be presented to the press shortly. You guys get first dibs...

Somehow I don't think she is stopping women from entering an abortion clinic (if they exist in Sweden)....
to the left and SJW crowd anybody who doesn't agree with them and supports a political party who happens to be "anti-immigration" in their words but in reality is smart immigration tend to have ties to "nazis".

I would like to see airlines all have fines and policies that deal with this. So we don't have another united or in this particular incident headlining the news.

Nobody mentions why this guy was being deported. It's not like Sweden deports people for fun. What are the chances this guy did something horrifying like rape torture some woman?

I've learned that if the media doesn't mention something... it likely completely changes how we see the story.

Also... if I was a passenger on this plane... I would have gone bananas.

Although I would never wish this upon anyone, it's hard not to think that little Elin Ersson getting raped by the same 52-year old Afghan would be something approaching poetic justice, or something.

If this migrant was singled out and selected for deportation from Sweden of all places, then he must have done some horrible crime indeed.

SJW's protecting foreign criminals at expense of their own citizens and risking their own inclusion in NoFly list. How much lower and dumber can you get? They are hitting levels of suicidal stupidity, that should have been impossible.

Since I dated almost 2,5 years with Swedish. Everytime I said something about that, they would say: You're not Swedish. Why do you care about our internal problems?

This girl is very logical. Why is an Italian criticizing the situation in very advanced countries such as Sweden or the Netherland ?
I also wondered here (thread-59776...pid1820231 ) why most of your posts in the forum express your concern about the presence of Arab s& Immigrants in the Scandinavian countries. !!
You will never be Scandinavian if you act like a Scandinavian who hates the Melons.
you are italian. be ur self & stop spread a hate about Foreigners live in Developed countries.

Further news reports she is filing a complaint for the fact she wasn't raped seven times walking home like the rest of Swedish women.

Even with something as extreme as that, she'd still find a way to justify it as the fault of the oppressive mainstream culture (i.e. white men). This is a religion to these women and logic and reason won't sway them away from their beliefs.

In 2010, a white liberal feminist named Amanda Kijera went to Haiti to help after the earthquake. She was raped by a Haitian man. Where did she place the blame? On white men's oppression!

She penned an essay titled "We Are Not Your Weapons - We Are Women," which reads like a parody of what leftist feminists are like. She blamed her rape on the black man being angry at "the patriarchy" and taking out their rage on women. Never occurred to her the guy might have been criminal and horny and just wanted to fuck someone.*

The original essay has since been scrubbed from the Web because of the massive criticism it received, but you can find a copy here. Here are the important quotes from that essay. This is the way she thinks:

"I pleaded with him to honor my commitment to Haiti, to him as a brother in the mutual struggle for an end to our common oppression, but to no avail. He didn't care that I was a Malcolm X scholar."

"Black men have every right to the anger they feel in response to their position in the global hierarchy, but their anger is misdirected. Women are not the source of their oppression; oppressive policies and the as-yet unaddressed white patriarchy which still dominates the global stage are."

As I said, this is religious fanaticism directed toward politics. Getting her to actually blame the rape by a black man on the actual black man is asking her to alter her belief system, which she's incapable of doing. It's like arguing with any religious fanatic who sees what they want to see.

* The idea that "rape is about violence not sex" is non-scientific feminist "theory" from the 1970s. There is actual scholarship on this in the book "A Natural History of Rape: Biological Bases Of Sexual Coercion" from 2001.

One of the many important points the book makes is the obvious: A man has to have an erection to rape. Therefore, he has to be in a state of sexual excitement. Feminists clearly don't understand or like men's sexuality, so they conveniently ignored this. Also, claiming rape is non-sexual takes the onus off women, because that gets us into the area where we can say "But she was wearing almost nothing and got him excited."

While that definitely doesn't give the average man an excuse to sexually assault a woman, what these feminists don't realize is that out-and-out rapists (as opposed to grey area date rapists) are not average men. All of this should have always been obvious, but then feminists specialize on obscuring the obvious and bringing their fictional "theories" into discussions, as if their facts.

She would probably have a similar reaction this this Norwegian guy who was butt raped by a Somalian migrant, and said he felt guilt that his rapist was deported.

When you open a new account, read my signature very, VERY carefully.

Oh, and by the way, I have opened a NGO called "Rapefugees4Everyone", which will send you 2 million Somalis your way (I heard that they are the best...at burning cars and raping everything that walks.) If you refuse to accept them, I will declare you a racist. And I know that in Scandifuckistan, being called a racist is worse that death.

Also... any new account you open means another two million Somalis. But... I am sure that's nothing for a feminist a progressive nation such as yours.
