Its easy to sum up as body mutilation and ugly personality.

But to detail the instant deal breakers:

1 - Neon hair - Never met a girl with neon hair who didn't have major character floors or huge baggage elsewhere in life.
2 - Facial piercings - Especially the nose ones that make them look like a pig. A tiny stud in the nose can sometimes be pulled off.

Fat is something that shows poor character. It is a choice, it is something anyone can change if they are motivated. The choice to do nothing about being fat shows laziness and complacency. People can't do anything if they're born with a 2nd toe longer than the first. It is not the result of poor character or poor choices. Your nitpicking small things is very feminine. Reminds me of girls who would say something like "I won't date a guy with asthma" I do not even look at a girls feet beyond seeing if they have applied polish.
