Not so much of a data sheet than a weekend in Santorini expose'
Me: 50s' white male, looks 40, average looks, multiple graduate degrees, 7 figure yearly income, bangs 18-22 on a regular basis in the USA.
Site: Santorini, Greece
Background: Was hiking around Egypt, checking off the old bucket list, decided to come to Santorini to relax for a long weekend before going to Istanbul.
Accommodations: Used airbnb - much cheaper than the hotels, no complaints. I think my apt was 250 USD a night but money really isn't an issue for me. Stayed in Fira.
Airport: Taxi to apt cost me 20 euros. No Uber available.
Places visited: Fira and Oia.
Tourist shit:
Oia has the classic views of Santorini. 1.80 Euro bus ride from Fira. I thought it was pretty, but actually I preferred the views in Mykonos. I didn't bother with a sunset views - they dont make my panties wet. There is a path going from Oia down to the sea where people swim - very cool. I went down there sans swimming suit. If you can, go there for a swim - I would. Very cool.
Girls: Lots of couples. But a fair number of single girls in packs. I was running solo and met one solo girl (USA 7.5) but she was married. I think she wanted to hook up with me but I am not that type of guy and I said no. BUT!!!! there are a lot of girls in groups available for the bang. The party city is Fira. Oia is pretty but fairly sleepy at night.
I am not a day game person - strictly internet and night club game.
Town Club: Music was average - a bad sign. Girls migrate where the music is the best. I was there long enough for a beer but thats it. Guy to girl ratio 4:1. I wasnt impressed.
Murphy's Pub: Very good music so it attracted a lot of pretty young girls. Still the guy to girl ratio was 2:1. However, the men were not super aggressive. If you have a wing, I would start here and try to pull a ONS. Fun place.
KOO: One large outdoor area and one indoor area. Still, suboptimal ratios - 5:3 guys to girls. HOWEVER, the guys did not approach at all (probably not drunk enough). I was a little taken aback - I am in my 50s (although younger looking), white and average built. But I am sure I come off as American. Given that, and since I was not staring at every pretty girl around me, I felt like I was being eye fucked most of the night. This is the "upscale" club in town - so the girls was pretty and more high class. I think if you have a wing, dont act/look thirsty, you could have great results here. Yes - I said it - great results. 90% of the girls I saw here were just looking to be picked up by a guy with class (ie - not a local or a thirsty tourist).
SHORT TERM ANALYSIS:
I was fairly pessimistic about Santorini. I expected nothing but couples. But I think if you have a wing and game, you can bang a tourist here at least 50% of weekend nights. The short answer is the single girls want to hook up and the guys just dont approach and therein lies your advantage. Its small relative to Budapest and Kiev so its not a primary destination, but if you like to sightsee and you are in the area, I would not discount it.
