Hello everyone. First post on Roosh
Anyway I found Roosh's post about Toronto a month and all I can say that it is perfectly true (Having lived in Toronto for the majority of my life). I would like to address why Toronto is like this. After many travels to the US and Europe, and witnessing the bar and club scenes there I found the answer: The gender ratio.

Now now. I know what you’re gonna say. Most bar and club scenes have bad gender ratios but Toronto is the only place in the world where there is basically 100 guys for every girl in the hook up scene. Go to any bar in the young 20s range and you think that you are in a Polish sausage fest.

Now this gender imbalance has created great power for the women since they are now more selective. They will have have strong bitch shields but that is because they know they can get any guy they want. This beats down normal guys even running the strongest game (Toronto girls can get the guy with the 6 pack abs and money).

Now on to the next part of my rant. Why has this gender imbalance has occurred? It all has to do with immigration and multiculturalism. Toronto is the most multicultural city in the world with around half its population born outside of Canada. Dont get me wrong, I love women from every race and welcome immigrants who assimilate but there one particular group is causing this major imbalance. Muslim people. At any bar or club scene you will see afghan, arab, somali or paki dudes but never see girls from their culture in the bar scene. I find it quite funny that their religion says dating is a sin but most of their male population will try to get a girlfriend and their community will have no qualms over it but if a female from their community will date they will try to kill her (this has actually happened in Canada when a dude killed his daughters for dating). They tend to be the thirstiest dudes (since they have brought up in a very repressed culture) and now have skewed the gender imbalance. Indian people is another big group that skews the ratio. A large percentage act like Muslim people (a friend of mine is in the hookup scene but fought a man for dating his sister). Add the fact that they also do gender selective abortion and you can see how large it is.

I know you can still date girls from these races (and I have done so) but you have to do it discreetly and only very few will do it.

On the other hand Asian people assimilate nicely have no qualms over dating

I feel like Toronto is a sexually repressed hell and should be avoided. With the continuing trend of increasing gender imbalance (due to selective abortions, more immigration and since Muslim people have like 10 kids each for child tax) Toronto will only get worse

Are the Western Provinces any better man, or the rural areas? I always liked rural areas but Toronto sounds exactly like DC.

Yes the Western provinces are better. I had a blast in Edmonton and the girls are much more friendly then in Toronto

Montreal is much better than Toronto. The girls are really friendly (even the francophone who barely speak English will still show you more respect than any Toronto girls). I never been the Vancouver but I heard its very expensive

I myselef lived in Europe , moved to Ottawa , then Montreal , to finish here. After around 5 months in Toronto , i didnt find a real explanation to this hate.

OK i agree Toronto is not the Best and far to be, i agree in many points that you said (cockfest ...) But Toronto is far to be the worst.

I had some good and bad nights here , when i comapre them to the nightmare i had in Montreal Winter time (Montreal is only good june-august period when tourists comes) , i have to say Toronto is a paradise.

You complaning about the high muslim immigration ? Are you sure that you been to Montreal ?? Montreal have by far the way more Arabs and Muslims % , and that explain why that city is conservative and girls are over spoiled. But Toronto have a bit of everything .

Another thing , i do find minority girls in Toronto to be hotter and down to earth to what i have used to see in Montreal , That doesnt mean they are easy , but if you work for it you can get it.

My advice , if you are only into white girls . Give Ottawa a try , i spent one year there and bar clubs are all whites , and they are not that difficult.

Have one of my buddies who moved from Montreal to San Francisco , he said he would never go back to that cockfest ice-cold city.

I have lived a large majority of my life in Toronto, Canada. I would not entirely blame the whole dating dynamic of Toronto on multiculturalism, but maybe a wide variety of problems. If your an average guy your gonna have to put some work in and not be an average guy. That means going to the gym, fashion sense, smell great, make $$$ and etc. Now when it comes to certain ethnic minorities I can see certain groups of women may have a more conservative approach to dating. Sure some Somali, Middle eastern, Sikh-Indians, will have gender ratios where its more guys than girls out there. But what about the immigrant women such as the foreign students, newly arrived immigrants, and the women that move from out of town to come live in Toronto. I've met a few white girls that lived in small Canadian towns and have moved to the big city. I see a lot of Filipina and Chinese girl immigrants that are ready to live that western lifestyle in regards to dating. Ive met a few White, Middle Eastern, Indian, and Black guys dating them. Sure.. the grass is greener on the other side but a survival guide for Toronto dating is finding your market and adaptation. Instead of going after 8/10 Blonde hair Canadian white girls go after cute Asian chicks, Latina, Indian, Black, and etc. FIND YOUR MARKET! learn to adapt to the current market and stop dreaming about greener pastures. I also notice in Toronto there are a lot of feminine cosmopolitan type guys. Women are looking for high testosterone masculine men to date in Toronto... mark my words. Especially with a large population of Jamaican-Black, Middle Eastern/Arab, Latino, and Punjabi guys running through this city. These guys are usually alpha males that are into drug dealing, or some type of criminal activity. All the 6+ women in this city have access to these men. The men struggling the most are usually low testosterone White, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Indian men. The metro population of Toronto is 6 mil +. London, Ontario, Kitchener, Guelph, and Kingston are always a few hours drive from Toronto as well. Guys gotta compensate and adapt to the circumstances if its so bad. I mean Ottawa is a great city for dating and its about 5 hour drive from Toronto. The key word is......................................... ADAPT!

Why is everyone saying I am chasing only after white girls? In my post I am trying to explain that Toronto sucks cause the other minority communities put tight leashes on their girls. I love to date any good looking gal from any race. I have carved up my own niche in Toronto by mainly dating black girls. Most of these minorities I have listed just chase after white girls. And actually Toronto has a higher Muslim population than Montreal (but by not that much). I honestly loved Montreal and hooked up with many francphone girls.

Well it can also suck for many other reasons like how expensive the city is, and how much of a suburban city it is. Toronto has a very tiny downtown district and huge outlier of suburbs. Try gaming in Brampton, Vaughan, and Mississauga as someone gaming in Downtown or Gta Toronto. We already know how much Toronto sucks for many reasons. But Toronto still has exotic cuisine unlike any other city. For a city of its size its a pretty clean. People need solutions for a city like Toronto. Maybe road-trips to London, Kitchener, Peterborough, Kingston and Guelph could be feasible alternatives? Maybe joining meetup groups for certain specific hobbies that attract women? Since the city is pretty liberal you will have alot of vegan, spiritual, yoga chicks as well. The truth is most guys cant just pack there bags instantaneously and just leave Toronto. But if you get your game tight in this city... You will definitely prosper in other cities. Instead of dwelling on why a city sucks so much, find feasible solutions to help you cope with a city until you can leave.

I think you gave a interesting perspective which I did not consider before. about the minorities you mentioned keeping a tight control on their women. They get easily shamed and yes even killed as it has already happened. And yet the same male minorities (which I am one of) chase the limited supply of white women bc they cannot hook up with their own women which has greatly increased the value of white women allowing them to have great domination over the average beta.

But I have been to other cities -- and it seems the gender imbalance is also similar to TO -- it seems to be getting more difficult everywhere. Hollywood culture and porn has put white women in high demand which has given rise to white female feminism and white female privilege. In TO white female feminism is more powerful than any other place so far it seems -- and it has been spreading far and wide now.

If your gonna go out and have a defeatist attitude your not gonna do well. Put your emotions to the side, create a strategy based on reality, and your probability of success will drastically increase. When life gives you lemons you make lemonade!

Or maybe it actually is bad? The most deluded, positive-thinking, overly optimistic puas I know constantly end up empty handed. Attitude doesn't help them.

Sure it may be bad... what about the small towns that are at-least 1-2 hour drive from Toronto, what about Niagara Falls, what about joining niche groups with women in them, what about meetup groups, and etc. Instead of crying that you can't get 7+ quality women in this city. Let's create feasible alternative solutions that can increase the fulfillment, satisfactions, and fun of living in this city. Sure Toronto is bad.. but has great restaurants, wide variety of ethnicities/minorities, and some fun things to do. Well.. if you meet a freaky girl since Toronto is such a suburban city. There are literally spots in this city that you can have public sex throughout anytime of the day. I found a few in my neighborhood. Like I said make the best of the circumstance that your in. Toronto is a pretty liberal city so a lot of the women also have care free attitudes towards sexuality.

How many threads are we gonna have saying Toronto sucks... Women are the problem staters, Men are the problem solvers!

You sound very pessimistic... I actually lived a large majority of my life in Toronto. The problem isn't the city as much as the individual. Maybe have fwb arrangements, date a few women.
