Company Prosecuted By Human Rights Commission For Not Employing Pedophile

They spent EIGHTEEN months on this case and helping this guy get money.

Nice to know that the Australian Human Rights Commission has the back of convicted pedophiles and not otherwise innocent men denied due process under #MeToo. Great priorities!

I am all for proof beyond reasonable doubt and the rigorous testing of evidence, but the AHRC has proceeded on the basis that “BE” is indeed guilty of the prior offences.

It’s hilarious that a former boss or supervisor can give a subjective reference about a job applicant that denies them employment on the grounds of “character” and “suitability”, but a pedophile can argue his or her human rights have been infringed when their criminal sexual deviancy is considered.

Any time a pedophile doesn’t get a job, he or she can argue they didn’t succeed because their conviction was used against them.

The Australian Human Rights Commission is the same mob that prosecuted a few students from a university in Queensland because they questioned why an Aboriginal-only computer lab wasn’t racist. And they didn’t even tell the accused students about the action against them.

The Australian Human Rights Commission ordered Suncorp to compensate a registered sex offender - but the bank has refused to pay.

Despite the AHRC ruling a man was 'discriminated against due to his criminal record' the bank insisted the man's convictions for possessing child pornography justified the decision not to hire him.

The man, known as BE, had applied to be an insurance claims consultant at Suncorp in 2015.

While AHRC president Rosalind Croucher conceded BE did not fully disclose his criminal record, she still ordered the company to pay him a total of $2,500.

Prof Croucher said in a statement: 'Notwithstanding the very serious nature of Mr BE's convictions, I find that Suncorp's decision to deny Mr BE the opportunity to access employment with Suncorp constituted an exclusion which impaired Mr BE's equality of opportunity'.

'I accept that having a conditional offer of employment extended to him, and then rescinded on the basis of a criminal record that does not adequately relate to the inherent requirements of the role has caused ... distress'.

BE reportedly answered 'No' to a question in his online application that asked if he had been convicted of an offence.

Our noble professor, tirelessly defending the rights of victimized pedophiles everywhere!

Of course, she was selected to join the Australian Law Reform Commission years ago.

God fucking help you, Australia.

I know nothing about Australia, but here in Hawaii, as I become a mogul in the world of business, the sex offender registry comes up quite a bit. I hire and fire people all the time. Sometimes the reasons are frivolous, or I'm drunk when I do it, other times they are serious.

Interestingly, the staffing service does not discriminate as long as the sex offender is registered and compliant. I on the other hand, run every son of a bitch I meet through it. I just tell the staffing service the guy was unqualified. I had one guybcome in who went to jail for "aggravated sodomy" I don't even know what that is, but it sounds awful.

Now we may call this bad from the get go. Or as they say in Australian "a joey on the digereedoo is not fair dinkum"

But lets think about it:

All those poor bastards that got wrongly accused and are now stuck for life on the sex offender registry now have a reason to make that pointless. This may be the left going so far left the cancel out their own leftness.

Aloha!

I might be an old forgetful digger, but mate I never heard that one.

We did used to give pedos the old barb wire enema, but my haven't times changed...

Now they get cash and sympathy, and free legals.

As for "aggravated sodomy" that just sounds like one of the many hair raising SNL descriptions by many a young forum member!!!!

The liberals are all running themselves off the treadmill. By nature, they are driven to advance novel causes of the perceived underfoot/ supposedly opressed. A tendency which serves, in their minds, to both defy the establishment and as a depraved form of neo-virtue signalling.

Except, they are the establishment now and the cause of the queer or transexual is insufficient. The spiral into greater depravity has only just begun. They will, unfortunately, never be satiated for they are driven by deep psyhological demons rather than ideology.

The case is a sign in the next push - normalization of pedophilia.

Some sex-offenses are bullshit or fake, but this one is not.

Who in his right mind would hire a "non-practicing" pedophile - unless you are a globalist staffing your political parties, activists, NGOs, CPS offices - but aside from them hiring millions no one sane would.
