Morning/nighttime wood

I wake up a few times a night and I don’t really having morning/night wood that often.

I’m 31 and healthy.

Is this normal?

I’m off to a male clinic to get my testosterone, etc. Measured for a third time right this min. Will discuss with them also.

At 38 I thought I was healthy too and had made my mind about not having morning wood again since it was quite some time(multiples month to not say years) I didn't have one but since this month, after reducing my food intake and start biking at least 10km/day, they came back and it feel good.

I'll be real here, I took some shot of test propio, as a counter measure, for some weeks, the morning woods and aggressivity came back to some scary level.
It was good to feel "young" again but when the shots stopped things got worse so be careful with the "prescription"

Tell them too much, they wouldn't understand; tell them what they know, they would yawn.
They have to move up by responding to challenges, not too easy not too hard, until they paused at what they always think is the end of the road for all time instead of a momentary break in an endless upward spiral

Do you normally wake up with morning wood?
Has it only recently disappeared?

I've never really had morning wood. That goes for my teens, twenties and thirties.
Never had my test measured but my sex drive seems fine. I guess I'm just someone who doesn't get it for whatever reason.

Can't get morning wood every single morning. Try not to analyze the human body so much. You can create problems for yourself by paying close attention to everything.

The other obvious solution would be to adjust your diet. I eat strictly from Dr Sebi's nutritional guide. No meat, dairy, soy, or GMO. Herbal teas purify the blood, get everything moving where it should be.
