Hey all

Ive read several threads about hosting house parties and wanted to talk about an upcomming one that I'm hosting. There is a local EDM music festival coming up and my plan is to host a party the night before. As a rental in my apartment complex, I have the ability to rent out one of the larger units down the hall for free (which is where I plan to throw the party). I have been recruiting via social media women to come and have over 30-40 women confirmed atm (have 9 more days). During these efforts a girl asked if she could crash at the place. As it turns out, her friend canceled on her and she is rolling solo, but has group up with 6-7 other girls going solo, of which all will now be staying in the "party apartment. My plan (outside of running Suit's house party game) would be to close on one of these, but I've always had trouble establishing that I'm "that guy" with groups of girls, especially in a pseudo social circle setting. I was planing to DHV host game (chatting with everyone, being playful + fun, ect) and pull to my apartment down to hall, but I really really am afraid of being labeled as a creep and making a girl feel in "pussy debt" with me since I'm letting them stay for free ("omg he tried to kiss me, ect"). I chatted with the main coordinator girl via phone and she seems to be a weird mix of "party girl" and "#metoo". I've taken the frame of "you're in my city, I'll show you around" and the "im a fun party boy" vibe.

Any tips on how to close would be appreciated

Do not show any weakness or be overly hospitable. A DHV guy should have a somewhat entourage that see you as value and cater to the host hire a team if need be to assist your bossy needs. The fun party guy is a good frame but make sure you are structured with a vision. Background info would help the forum patch any holes in your game to be as precise as possible. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the situation but it sounds like you plan to have a rager in an apartment in the same building you live in. Likelihood of damage is high and likelihood of you getting evicted is significant.

Maybe you get laid but honestly I'd be far more worried about the place getting trashed and you footing the bill while other guys show, pull chicks away and you're left with your dick in your hand wondering what went wrong when the very premise sounds like a non starter.

Thank you for the input. Im planing on containing the party to only males I know and limiting the amount of people so that it doesn't get out of hand. I have not given out the address and will do so as we get closer to the party date. The apartment has several layers of security (key entries, doorman in lobby) that I can utilize. Im vetting each group asking how many guys and girls each are bringing and honestly I have so many "solo girls" I don't have to take the risk and invite a hot girl + a couple of her guy "friends" at this point. I've read how powerful host party game can be and I have perfect logistics. Of course I don't want to be the cuck with the dick in his hand at the end of the night, that's why I"m posting here and appreciate your insights.

Im not advocating anyone become a drug dealer in order to get laid but if anyone's gonna have a higher probability of getting laid in that setting its the guy with the X or blow

If you figure out a way to diplomatically prevent girls from bringing unwanted guy friends along I'd be very interested to hear. This was always an issue when I was hosting house parties.

Girls "get it" and understand that no guy throwing a party wants a wack ratio. As long as they don't think they are the only girl there.

And I haven't heard many guys on here talk about the dynamic with a girl when drugs are involved, but it changes drastically. And you're 100% going to have to deal with that.

Guy shows up with X and starts chatting up some girls, it's pretty over for you.

Now, you could leverage the fact that girls very easily acquire drugs and you could keep up your fun guy frame and gets girls to get you and her drugs and then once it's a night of doing X at your place you're home free (pretty much).

Serious implications to consider if you go that route. Namely, you've put yourself in a setting where there are extreme risks. Drugs are a scary thing that will give you tremendous heart burn when they're all over your things and a place that can be traced back to your name.

With that out of the way, I would answer your question by giving you a simple response: do anything to get your target girl back to your place and just be cool from there. Start kino early and often too. Don't overthink it, and leverage it so you guys are chilling in your bed.

For example, when the party starts winding down, tell her you want to listen to music or you have drinks or "hey, let me show you where you'll be sleeping" and then there talk to her a bit and show her a tour of the place and then lead her to something cool in your room. Sit on the bed and break out your guitar or show her a funny video on YouTube even. Maybe tease her about how soft your bed is but you would never share it. Tease her about not being in that bed. Then drink there and stay there and get her comfortable.

Approach this goal-by-goal. First, get in your place (which you already have done basically). Then, get her talking and comfortable there. I would plan it like she isn't sleeping with you at first. Then, show her your room. Then, get her in your bed. Then, get her so comfortable in your bed that she won't want to leave (great time for alcohol, X, K, U-4770, anything). Then, make even a small move. Form there, if you can't close, you were never going to close.

Ive been screening with "How many girls and guys are you bringing, I'm trying to keep an even ratio and wondering if I need to invite more girls or guys".

If she says anything more than 3:1 girl guy ratio then I just say "Ok I'll let you know details as we get closer" without any intent of actually following through.

Thanks for the reply. My plan is to tell my target towards the end something like "Hey I kind of want to take a break, lets go down the hall and smoke some hookah" or "Hey I just learned how to make a cool martini I think you'll like, let me show you". I don't want to be the drug guy, one reason being they sometimes seem to fall into the "provider" category (but perhaps I'm naive in how much providing drugs gets you laid in such a situation...). By saying it is "game over" if a guy shows up with X, are you saying that his "state" can outgame me or simply he gains high value from having the drugs? As I said previously, I can picture party girls just "using and abusing" the "Drug provider" guy.
