Headed to Chisnau for three nights. Any recent intel is appreciated. Will report back with current conditions. Did a search but only came up with info from 3-5 years ago.
I'm finding pipelining to be a challenge. Matches but very few conversations.

What are the best daygame spots in the city and the best place to stay if you want to be very close to those spots?

Bump.
Little update.
Spent 4 days in Chisinau from 23 to 26 June. Flew in from Brussels. Relatively well-connected to major Europeans cities but not that many direct flights. You can also take a bus/train from Bucharest, Odessa and Kiev.
The city does not look impressive by any means, couple of nice buildings in the city center and Arcul de Trium gives it a frenchy touch. Despite being a capital, it has a provincional feeling. One morning I was woken up by a cock-a-doodle-doo lol. Sidewalks are usually in dire state apart from the very center and street lightning is rather feeble. Not much too do apart from post-soviet entertainment. Cricova winery is worth checking out though. Good thing about the city is that it is very cheap.
Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare, Parcul Catedralei are definitely good day game spots. In summer, Parcul Valea Monitor is good too, especially on the weekends + good weather. It has a lake with little beach and up on the hill there are some bars for working out.
Night life spots
Military club - went here around 10.30PM and it was still empty so we left.
Barbar- went out here Friday and Saturday. Cover was 70lei as far as I remember. Biggest amount of foreigners. Some girls were bitchy, some were approachable.
Piano- recommended by a taxi driver. A bit farer from the city centre. Turned out to be a techno place with shishas and reserved tables lol. Around 80-90% dudes. Don't bother.
Lisboa- this place might have had some potential but we got there around 4AM. Shishas, Russian music, tables, little dancefloor.
There is also a club called Kira's that we did not check out.
I did not see any Turks or British stag parties.
Tinder wa very weak. Mamba may yield better results.
Linguistically, not many people know English, even younger ones. I could get by with my basic Russian but a guy from Latvia with native Russian I hanged out with definitely had a better time. The place should also be good for Romanian speakers.
Game-wise I got a FB of a girl working in the hairdresser. She seemed receptive and wanted to practise her English during the weekend but she stopped replying and texted me again when I was not in town anymore. Another girl was in the set we opened walking from Military to Barbar. Very cute, spoke good English because of studying abroad. I ended up having a double date with her, the Latvian guy and his who did not speak a word of English. We went for a wine to the place called Biblioteque. Relaxing venue with lounge music. Recommended. Afterwards, we went for a walk around Parcul Valea Monitor. We splitted after a while and I escalated a bit. She didn't even let me kiss her until around 4AM. Afterwards, she opened up a bit but would let my p into her v. She was pretty good conversionalist though.
Conclusions:
Need to brush up my Russian before going anywhere else in FSU.
While I enjoy the girls in EE being classy and feminine, I miss Latin America.
PS Transdnistria pretty cool to check out. Send the pics to the Chinese friend of mine. Replied it looks like China.

Hey Merengues interesting to heard the experience of another spanish guy. Tinder was much better 1 year ago. I got some dates and nights from Tinder first time i arrived in the country. But in my last 3 visits tinder was death. Night game is also irregular even if you speak romanian or russian.

I've read this thread before. I understand the original post was written seven years ago. Probably a lot has changed so far. For example, WizzAir has direct flights from London to Moldova now. I have recently visited another isolated former Soviet Union country. There are not many countries left like that.
I am 34 with sort of stable financial situation, based in the UK holding a British passport and looking to meet a good woman from a European (Non-EU) country like Moldova, Georgia or Ukraine and marry her. I have the feeling that Ukraine has been overfished in the last few years.
I need to line up some sort of dates before I land there. Do you suggest any dating websites/apps I could use? I intentionally avoid all those "agencies" trying to rip off sad middle-aged American men.

Disagree with previous poster. The only unsuccessful method is those people who stay in their western country and do not leave the comfort of their homes. All game is good if it means going to a country that is still considered somewhat of a pussy paradise. If OP feels comfortable doing Online game only then so be it. It os still better than approaching women with attitudes on the street in western countries who are 5s but think they are 8s.

I have often wondered what guys would do without Tinder. I have come across these dudes whose entire game is banging groupie 6s off Tinder and strutting around like peacocks thinking they are the dog's bollocks when it games to game.
As regards to
Moldova, it has been penetrated (literally) by Italians and Turks for the last 20 years. Many young people have left to go abroad in search of work and a better life leaving the very old and very young behind. Chisinau used to be a hopping place back in the mid 2000s. I have some
Moldovan friends but now they say it is different. Outside of the capital, there is very little to see and do apart from sightseeing and heading to the odd vinyard. This backwater is better skipped.

Yeah when I hear people say "So and so is slaying on Tinder" I am high sceptical to say the least

It’s February, and you were there last summer. What’s the rush?
