Visa-wise, best/easiest Euro/Asian country for NZ citizen to live long term?

I've written a bit about myself before, but I'll give a short brief.

I'm early 20s, currently had a couple job interviews for entry level retail/hospitality work, hoping to get one part time and save. I want to save enough for savings so I can leave. Currently live with my parents, it's a mildly toxic home environment however Auckland rental prices are ridiculous and I'd have to flat(share a house) with others, and since NZ sucks anyway I plan to skip straight to moving overseas, for various reasons(sanity- girls, interesting things to do, friends, non-degenerate culture etc).

My big fear is that no country will accept me. But that's what my parents have drilled into me- I've come to realise they, at least subconsciously, are trying to undermine me as much as they can. So realistically I'm looking for an easy work visa or long term thing that would accept NZ citizens. Apparently the NZ passport is really good so there's a point in my favor despite me otherwise having no marketable skills.

The few things I want:

-As mentioned above, visas- I really, don't want to ever be forced to come back here to NZ ever again. Ultimately I have distant family in Australia if necessary.
-Sane people where I can get along with the locals and make solid friends. It means NZ is out- and I would imagine Aus and UK also. I've got a good friend sexpatting the Phils right now and he thinks there's a similar issue there also.
-Mediocre girls or better. I like hotter girls and don't mind improving my game more. I've nearly always been daygaming, so I would imagine I would want girls to be receptive to my brand of daygame(London Daygame Model, mildly direct). However it's possible that as I lose my psychological dysfunction(from family and NZ) and get well adjusted I might just drop daygame and be happy with social circle
-Ideally good(sunny) weather, but I'm starting to think this isn't as necessary as I'd thought. I'd always felt significantly healthier in NZ summer, but it seems if I feel fulfilled I'd feel better regardless of weather.
-I don't want to be stuck in poverty obviously. However things are so expensive and shoddily done in NZ it's quite possible a lot of places would still be a step up. So basically not-low material quality of life.
-Interesting activities/hobbies scene. I actually had my cousin come here to visit and he was surprised at how empty and infrequent the meetups in say, Couchsurfing were(1x/month as opposed to the standard 1x/week, I believe). It's not surprising as Kiwis don't like doing things. My guess, watching videos/vlogs of foreigners, is NZ is so bad that literally no other country will have a serious problem in this regard. I like outdoor activities and individual sport(ie rock climbing, snowboarding- but it doesn't have to be that specifically, but of that nature).
-Big, dense cities where I can public transport everywhere is ideal.

I like white girls so Europe seems like an easy choice. I don't mind Asian girls so if Asia would otherwise accept me where Europe doesn't it's also quite good. I also have no problem with the US from everything I've read it's a step up from NZ in every way(friendliness, activities, girls, material quality of life). It does seem really difficult to get into visawise and I'd also prefer not needing to drive.

Along with good country suggestions I'd also like advice on how much I should have saved- I could take the plunge on as low as 1-2k NZD but I might want to save for 5k NZD. I've always been relatively insecure/paranoid/cautious so I instinctively wanted to save more- however I realised I've internalised a lot of my parents' attempts to undermine me/my self confidence. So I need to break free, psychologically. Ultimately when I want to pull the trigger I want to cut all contact with them. So it would be super embarrassing if I then have to beg them for help again.

Edit: I would prefer not to study, however if it's an easy way to get a visa if there's no other options I would literally have to do that.

I think one of the first things to do, besides looking into if you would be able to work where ever you go; is to plan a trip of at least a week or two to see if you are 'ok' with the place first.

OP, I'm quite knowledgeable about your options in Asia. Rather than try to guess at your preferences or have a long back and forth on this thread, would you be interested in doing a Skype chat sometime in the next week (for about an hour) to narrow down your options and talk about details that would be better off not public here on the forum?

Hey Suits, thanks for the offer.

I'm not able to do a Skype chat but I'd definitely be interested to know roughly what options I have. You can PM me if there's important details.

My preferences are pretty much listed above, I don't really have any strong preferences outside of those, as far as I'm aware.

While you may lack the experience to understand why, trying to give you feedback without being about to clarify a number of important details. A conversation is the most efficient means for me to clarify those details.

So I think I'll pass on spend my time typing up a report based on pure speculation that might include a lot of information that you don't actually need.

Best of luck in your search.

I'm not sure how anyone can give you a good answer here.. your points of 'what I want' can be applied to so, so many countries.

I'd figure things out financially first.. if you just rush off to a random country with no marketable skills you're more than likely going to end up either living off savings and running out, or in a dead-end job teaching English
