@OP if you seen articles where guys uses profiles of hot-10 guys as their tinder profiles. You'll see they can get away with anything. Even to these "no hookup" girls. Just take what they say as face value, I doubt that any girl whose actively on tinder/most other hookup apps are looking to save their sexual organs for marriage.

I had a a few (successful) tinder dates over the last weeks. If I remember correctly, at least 2 or 3 of them mentioned "no ons" explicitly. But it happened though (first or second date).

The answer is clear: If efficiency is important to you, don't write them. If efficiency is not that important to you, write them. Otherwise you will miss those who just use the "no ons" phrase to filter out some playboys but who are still interested if the vibe is right.
