I didn't get what I wanted possibly due to my grades, I got Turin, Italy as my erasmus exchange. I need to think whether to take it or leave it.
If you're going to Torino, don't get your hopes up for girls
There's very high likely that you won't get laid unless you look like Beckham or get some erasmus girls after drunk night.
But as a city and life in general, it beats all UK cities anyway.

@traveller97 - I respect that you put in so much effort to give me this top notch info +1 to you. Good lord that's how Italian's my age dress? That's mega metrosexual, competition there looks fiercer than anywhere i've seen looking at the club photo's, girls seem ok looking. Guess I'll need to hit the weights hard, grow a beard, get my ears pierced and wear flashy designer lol. The look is pretty try hard to me.
@Rossi - That's understandable, at least I realistically know how it will be, it's only 3 months so I will enjoy the Italy for it's culture and beauty.

You'll have fun in Turin. I haven't met anybody who didn't have a great time on Erasmus. Try to make friends with the Italians but if all else fails, it's really easy to make friends with the other Erasmus students who will be from all over the world.
I think you made the right choice deciding to accept the Turin offer, you'll have a great time OP. Check out FlixBus, I'm not sure if they operate in Italy but they have really cheap bus trips in other parts of Western Europe. Would be a good way to travel on the cheap.
