I DO have a problem with him/her/whatever the fuck this thing is leaking documents. He threatened national security and embarrassed the intelligence agencies.

All these questions and more would be answered with Manning as senator.
Rural western Maryland and the upper peninsula area, if I understand correctly, are red counties. Baltimore and the eastern DC suburbs are predominantly African-American. So, the only real white hipster enclave that would get Bradley his votes would likely be the NW DC area around Bethesda and Rockville and the academic crowd around the University of Maryland and some of the other colleges in the state. If the black churches come out against him, then I think he would lose a lot of the black vote.
