Latan's 3 months cutting results thread

Weight : 88.5 Kg
Body Fat : 26.1%

Problem was coming from my protein intake, which was too low : the app's advise on daily protein didn't fit my needs.
After a meal, I often still felt hungry and tired, which led to eating fruits.
More protein gives me satiety and focus, and limits greatly my need for fruits.

Thanks for your answers and advices.

One suggestion , take your weight once per week always at same time and with Same amount of food (I try to take BF every 4 weeks on a day off with just a coffee drank.
I went from 88kg at mid April to 73,5kg end of October . My height almost the same (1,75 m). First two months weight drop went fast (mostly due to water weight ) dropped to 78 and end of May. Up to that stage was doing keto with 2kcal per day. From May until end of October did 1,6kcal per day . Was not easy , allowed my self to have one drink per week on average but had some holidays in between where I had to be more aggressive to catch up .
No fruits beside avocados. During all this months I only had chicken breast, eggs, salmon, broccoli.and spinach, almond milk whey powder and bacon . Had supplements of omega 3 , Joint pills, zync, magnesium . Trained 6 days a week with half an hour cardio to end each training. Had to stop that lifestyle due to work and holidays put me back at 77 but it's easier to go back if your disciplined.
Good luck and drop the fruits (unless they fit your macros)

Interesting, we have (or rather had) almost the same height / weight.
I'm definitively dropping the fruits.
After reading your post, I asked myself why some people were able to train up to 5 times a week, while 3 times was my upper limit (2 days of recuperation each time).
I never really read about what to do for a proper training, thinking I just had to carry heavy weights to get results.
Turns out I was doing mainly strength exercices, while aiming for muscle mass.
I hope less heavy weights and more reps will lead to faster recuperation, so only 1 day in between; or maybe even less, like you.

Latan, are you weighing yourself every day and calculating weekly average weight?

I know I should, to have the best weight progression view and average.
Instead, I weight myself in my morning after waking up, only if my intestines are empty (so each 3 days on average).
This way, I think it's my real weight, without food in my digestive system.
Will think about calculating weekly average.

That was the weight I started . Was doing 140/160gr of protein per day. Limiting carbs to 20/30 gr and rest from fat. Fat will keep you full not the protein. Increase also fiber intake if you struggle.
Not sure I mentioned but I actually measured the waist every other day as a way of tracking the results

Weight : 87.4 Kg
Body Fat : 25.7%

Changing my gym routine seems to fit my body.
1 day of recuperation seems enough, I'll be able to hit the gym again today, without muscle pain.

Interesting, your really restricted your carbs a lot.
I still take around 150 g with fruits daily, will limit it further more if results slow down.
Will also keep in mind the waist measurement.
