So I've had some of this peptide on hand for a long while but never had reason to use it.
After a recent Muay Thai bout though, I'm nursing some injuries. Cracked rib, strain hip extensor, bone bruise on top of foot (as well as a couple broken blood vessels).
There's a lot of info out there on the web about TB-500, but essentially it's a peptide produced naturally in the human body. It acts in a similar way to HGH. Some of the benefits include:
-Increasing strength through muscle growth
-Improving endurance
-Speeding up the healing process for wounds
-Reducing acute/chronic pain and/or inflammation
-Increasing flexibility
-Increasing hair growth
I'm primarily interested in the expedited healing properties. But also the flexibility as I'm naturally a very tight person...and it's limiting my head kicks.
I've got 20mg on hand. The standard dose seems to be about 5 mg a week. So I'm going to run this for a month and report back. Hopefully, it speeds up the healing a bit.
