Are there any other coins out there with zero fees and fast transactions? Except for IOTA

Already $30, really wish I saw this ahead of time. Is it still a good time to buy in? Maybe buy $100 worth?

The banks aren't even open yet and it still hasn't been listed on a major exchange yet the price keeps rising.

If you try to purchase on Bitgrail you might have problems because there is a minimum transaction of 10 Raiblocks, so you would need at least 300 dollars just to invest in it right now.

In my opinion, it's still worth a bet right now 30 dollars, but I'm biased. I personally haven't put more money in at this price as I can't really afford that.

You have to get in fast though, the price is already 35 dollars and probably due for more rising once it hits more exchanges and more people get into crypto this year.

I'm pretty nervous about Bitgrail. I've transferred a small percentage of my portfolio and a lot of XRB got lost in the transfer. Support is backed up. I hope they don't run with everyone's XRB once people flee for Binance.

Where did you try to transfer it, the Raiwallet?

I thought I made a mistake fomo'ing into XRB at $10. This is probably an exception to whenever I fomo'ed into a coin, I lose money.

Ya I got in at $12, although I had confidence it would go up.

That said, I now wish I'd put in a bunch more cash. Coins like this ones are the long shot gambles that are making people rich.

And don't forget, unlimited scalability according to the RaiBlocks website.

Free lunches don't exist though. This, like IOTA, sounds too good to be true: free, trustless, and infinitely scalable. Sounds like BS.

That said, technical fundamentals has no bearing on price. And XRB has mooned insanely to almost $35. Might end up overtaking IOTA and being a top 10 coin for a long time. At least until the cows come home and they have to prove their cryptocurrency actually works as advertised. Might still be a few years away from that point though.

I don't think it could be considered a replacement since RaiBlocks works on P2P focus, whilst Iota is M2M so the market target differs.
Additionally let's not forget that XRB is going up with very small volumes compared to other crypto since it is still missing in many exchanges - it could be overpriced already.

I tried to withdraw my XRB from bitgrail, nothing happens, I wake up the next day and my transaction is just in limbo, it doesn't say processing or even have a transaction ID. Bitgrail has disallowed deposits and withdrawals until they fix the problem. That might be why the growth of the price has slowed down a little.

Raiblocks nodes are apparently crashing right now from too many transactions:

BitGrail is literally 3 guys, they're not prepared for this volume.

RaiBlocks is literally 10 guys, they aren't prepared for this explosion of growth.

I'm not worried. They'll overcome, and the price will rise accordingly.

It's funny that Bitgrail deflected the blame by publically blaming Raiblocks on Twitter like that, as that still damages Bitgrail. It doesn't matter whether it's true or not.

Price crashed down from 34 down to 26 dollars because of that tweet.

Or maybe, people see the bad news sell all their stock, dropping the price, then buy back in at the lower price. Sneaky.

You can check where you can trade it here: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/raiblocks/#markets

Currently BitGrail is the best option. But you need to trade it with another coin. Buy some LTC/ETH on an exchange like Coinbase and sell it for XRB on BitGrail.

Nov 10, 2017 XRB RaiBlocks = 0.1 USD

January 4, 2018, not even 2 months later XRB RaiBlocks = 28.00 USD

How can you guys even justify a 28,000.00 % increase in price in less than 2 months?

How can you expect that the price will not crash... this is a website that was created just a short time ago.

A Market capitalisation approaching 4 Billion dollars, isn't that insane?

That is more than the whole economy of entire smaller European countries

XRB Market cap is approaching the market cap of SpaceX,

and to be honest, nobody behind XRB is Elon Musk...

It looks like Kucoin is about to start trading XRB. Deposits are available now. This could either go parabolic or get dumped hard like when shit gets dumped on Binance.

The Maximally Pathetic Schema: Xs who labor to convince Ys that “I’m not one of those despicable Zs!,” when in fact it is obvious to the meanest intelligence that the Ys see no difference between Xs and Zs, don’t care anyway, and would love to throw both Xs and Zs into a gulag.

Some interesting developments coming up soon for Raiblocks:

-Won Binance vote, will be available soon on that massive exchange
-Rebranding. New name will be Nano
-New wallets and website nearing completion

Very exciting developments, but if this is going to replace Bitcoin the key is adoption. 2018 will be the year that many more online retailers will accept crypto, the one they pick will be the one to invest in. Raiblocks has a great chance of gaining adoption due to being free and instant, although a case can be made that LTC will get more adoption this year.

Also, Ledger (cold storage company)'s CEO came out and said they're waiving application fees for XRB.

This would be a massive jump for Nano, and the waiver isn't a few dollars. This is a $50k operation to get on Ledger's hardware. Ledger WANTS XRB.

Ended up grabbing some XRB for $25 a pop when it consolidated on kucoin. Will be watching it moon when it reaches binance soon, then getting dumped hard. Will probably buy back in when it gets dumped.
