I can speak first hand to the value of shoulders/traps. Women like them too, and if you have them they are much more effective than most other physical traits.

Know your enemy and know yourself, find naught in fear for 100 battles. Know yourself but not your enemy, find level of loss and victory. Know thy enemy but not yourself, wallow in defeat every time.

You'd be better off stuffing socks in your back pocket these days. LOL

I havent seen the video as youtube is blocked at work but I agree with Athlone. Shoulders is where its at followed by biceps...in my opinion....I dont think women look at crotches...even if they wanted to its socially unacceptable for them in this day...

Shoulders and biceps can make a $5 v neck tee from old navy look real good.

I focus on shoulders so much so that they get their own full day at the gym.

Its worth pointing out, it doesn't matter how good your body is if you dont dress to show it off. That guy was rocking a very tight shirt and well fitting jeans, and that right there can makes worlds of difference.

Boulders for shoulders. Agreed, they can never be too big. They are as under-rated as abs are over.

Delts, hmmmmmmmmmmmm.........................big delts are great and nice to peak out of tee, and shirts to show muscularage, but if they become overdeveloped and the incline angle is too large, they create the visual effect of making your shoulders smaller. I personally dont do any direct work for them

Rather then biceps, think in of big arms. It's your triceps, constituting 60% of your upper arm that gives you the fullness. Your going to have to walk around with a faux curl all day if you neglect them.

It wasn't shown in the clip, mainly due to the backpack, but girls love a deep back, in particular, rear delts, that's the second thing after the bum they check. I think much more important then the chest, but again it's not a mirror muscle and usually neglected by the weekend warrior in the gym.

As above poster stated, clothes play a huge part his shirt was half a size too small and the sleeves hit at the right place on his arms. Doubt he would have got the same reaction if he was wearing a shapeless hoodie.

There are plenty of guys out there who are MUCH stronger than me,

One thing I'll say there is that in my experience, women prefer athletic over strong. You'll note the Tom Brady build tend to outscore the James Harrison build when women rate the hottest men on the planet.

And I say this as a guy cruising around at 6'2" 260lbs. From personal experience, women tend to find me much sexier after I've done something that demonstrates endurance than something that demonstrates strength. At my build (I'm a muscled guy with a slight Buddha belly), I seem to be under some pressure to prove some athleticism.

I will say there is a subset of women who are just nuts for the bigger physical builds. There are women who instantly switch on around me. There are women who just can't find a guy under 200 lbs attractive. But, these women are a minority, much like women who like facial hair or women who like long hair.

On balance, for the majority of women, athleticism beats pure strength.
