The driver has good ratings and good reputation for his service and has driven woman home safely majority of the time.

As you can see from the videos, the woman was entitled, condescending and probably looking down at the driver because of her status from her job.

However, her behaviors does not match how she should behave considering that she works for the state.
Even though she was intoxicated, it's not justifiable.

The male driver was smart enough to stay calm, be professional and start the procedure of protecting himself by recording the interaction.

Lessons learned:Always record your interactions when necessary.

The reporter in the YouTube videos name is Ken Molesting. Take the word Molest out of your name if you are a public figure.

This is one where I support the driver going public, and I doubt he even knows why he really did the right thing. He wants an apology, and let's be honest, a little attention.

However, notice how she says she's gonna have the cops fuck him up? That's probably within her power. Hopefully every conviction she's ever prosecuted is immediately reviewed. I bet there are dudes sitting in jail just because she was hungover or biased in someway.

Also, I could see myself possibly banging her under the right conditions.

Heh...the former assistant district attorney chick tried to use her job title to intimidate the Uber driver and ended up getting fired. Maybe she should find a job working as a Uber driver.


I tried to look for any social media pictures she may have posted to see if she's bangable or not. Unfortunately, she deleted all of her social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

She claims he turned down the wrong way, yet was belligerent drunk. My money is on the Uber driver didn't make a wrong turn, she just misunderstood where she was/where she was going.

Control-freak lawyer freaks out when he turns down a different street than the one she usually takes when she drives home. He may have been going around the block so that after he let her out, he wouldn't have to make a U-turn to get back downtown, or else so he could let her out on the same side of the street as the direction of traffic, or both. So, she takes the only option she thinks she has and insinuates in the press conference that he may have been trying to sexually assault her. Bad stuff.

Women are completely reliant on their "credentials" and "experience" to further their careers, because they know they don't have the mental and physical strength that men do to change or alter their professional options and keep moving on. Especially in careers like law, medical, etc. So, this woman is facing the fact that, although she may be able to continue to work in law, the faster career track that she was on has now been permanently taken away from her. So, she tries the false rape accusation. I hope we never hear from her again.

The service industry use to be a lot easier to work in. These days it is much harder. A strange phenomenon emerging in the united states is a master(customer) and servant(worker) class. Those who are in the master class believe they have power over the servant class. People use to show some display of courtesy to each other regardless where they stood in society. These days, the worker is perceived as a less valuable person. I am seeing it emerge more and more whenever I enter a retailer.

I believe I mentioned it before on another thread, but if you're dealing with an out-of-control female acquaintance, pull out your phone and start recording the conversation, at least the audio. I've noticed that when I play back the recording for the women later, they're almost always completely cowed and abashed. It crushes them to hear themselves behaving so emotionally unhinged.

He refused to press charges. Think if it was the other way around. He seemed like a good guy that just wanted the truth to be known and get himself from any false accusations.

He said he didn't even want her to lose her job over it. Similar to that Miami Medical student case last year where the girl threw the Uber drivers stuff out his car.
