It's also legal now to knowingly give ejaculate to the sperm clinic knowing you have HIV.

With this knowledge I wonder whether people will stop using sperm banks? Will they refuse blood transfusions too? It's illegal to poison people but legal to give someone HIV. Absolutely haram.
