In Canada we have something called Frosh week each September, its basically the start of the University school year where everyone parties like crazy. Everybody's new and girls are lonely without friends. As you can imagine this is amazing for meeting girls even if you don't go the University.
I'm sure you can do the same thing in the US. You must do it in the first couple of weeks of school though!!!!! Girls will be looking for guys to meet.

Here's the strategy-
1. Find a local University.
2. Find the departments that have lots of girls so you can go them.
Look up programs and courses so you have a cover story when anybody asks what you are doing. If you look 18-22 pretend to be an undergrad. If you look in your mid to late 20s say that you are a graduate student. Learn the names of the programs and classes and do some scouting on the campus before school starts to know the spots. This step is essential. Its best to say you're new too.
Make sure that you are part of a small department and avoid girls from that program! Avoid discussions about school and just be illogical. If you have a strong enough frame they'll ignore the little things that suggest you don't go there because you offer value and are cool.
4. When school starts go to the school and dress young. Walk around and ask random questions and then ask them if they are new too. Since they are new they will be very receptive to meeting new guys. Number close girls(its easy). Me and my buddy got 3 numbers in a matter of 15 minutes today while going to the gym at a Local college. A girl even said she had no friends and was glad my friend talked to her!
A guy tried to AMOG us when we were talking to two girls with him but we completely destroyed him and the girls were laughing at him. Remember that college guys have shit game. Just keep the frame and make fun of him a friendly manner that shows you're having fun. Basically make sure that the girls see it as good natured ribbing. The guy will rationalize that you were laughing with him later on because he accepts you are the cooler guy.
----Ok this is as far as we have gone---- The Rest is simply the plan for what we are about to do. I will update later and tell you how it goes.

6. Invite them to a party. There's a big Frosh event at a club tommorow with 1800 people attending, we plan to invite girls there. Or they might invite us to one at their college. Either way parties are the way to go. From there you can establish yourself in their social circle and pick and choose those girls you want to fuck!
Remember to do this at a couple of different Universities! This is a wonderful solution for Toronto because cold approach here is fucking hard. This is warm approach at its easiest and this is the one time in the girls life where they are completely out of their social circle and in cold water. Usually a girl has a big social circle and will blow off guys on the street because she has a bunch of guys trying to get with her in her social circle(easily 5-10).

We know around 3 people in an apartment right next to the college we're focusing on so we have 3 potential pull and party spots. All of them will agree to a party with hot barely legal 18 year olds partying it up without having to worry about mom or dad calling!
GUYS its essential you do this now at your local college and school. Have a trusty wingman to make the process easier and cover each others backs! Pretend you met each other that day only.
