Well I'm cutting now so I'll probably hit 220-225 ish, then work my way back up and probably hit 260s again but with a lower BF.
For me past the 255 mark I start to run into issues with sleep apnea, blood pressure gets a little too high, insulin sensitivity is a little worse, ect. It's a hassle.
If I could hit 240-250 shredded some day I'd be thrilled.

OP's physique actually looks just how I would have imagined. Yolked but not body-builder lean. Traps for days, neck as wide as his head, and thick wrists. All great indicators he has real quality development. PEDs or not, I'd say impressive and realistic results for 3.5 years of consistent training.

Let's say I hit 230 ripped, that still puts a really big guy at my height like say Dallas mccarver (rip) at like 100lbs more muscle than what I have.
