The LDS church, one of the last churches to take a strong stand on homosexuality is now applauding a gay festival, advocating for "Syrian" refugees, and "condemning" anyone who opposes the population replacement of white people. Are the traditional values that the Mormon church is known for over?

The Mormons are one big pyramid scheme disguised as a religion. They need to keep bringing in new members to keep the revenue streams going.

They have to appeal to more demographics, that's all.

^^The appealing to more demographics is definitely true. I don't see who benefits from the money, or how it's a pyramid scheme, since none of the clergy gets paid.

Bringing in the homos and celebrating that lifestyle is sure to turn off lots of their base. Is this a widespread deal, or just one rogue Mormon group?

These are made or approved by high up leaders. In the case of the LGBTQXM14......+ event, that was a press release, they're done by PR firms, I think, but those are still approved by leadership. It wasn't done in wide view of the members, though; the rapefugee support was. In fact, you can see the speech about the "Syrians" by Patrick Kearon; that was done in a meeting that all Mormons are supposed to watch.

Mormons support Mormon owned businesses. More members means more dpDeseret network viewers. It means more tithing.

Those are Mormon businesses. Plus those people are all into mlm crap. They all sell to each other. More people in church means a stronger downline.

I said it before, Mormons are the next Jews. You watch.

Maybe they're into mlm in Utah, but Utah Mormons are very different from other Mormons. There is no Deseret Network (they do own KSL), tithing doesn't go into the clergy's pockets (as far as anyone knows), and if Mormons support each others businesses, that's just a personal decision, not a leadership one. Although I will say that Mormons see themselves as being children of Israel (Jews).

I don't know why, but most of my Hawaiian relatives are mormon.
Did make it easy to find everyone though, and trace lineage pretty far back.

This is kind of sad to hear. I recently visited Salt Lake City and was impressed with how upright the people there seemed. They dressed well and looked good.
