Had the situation been 2 men in a dispute, they both would know it would be tit for tat. Throwing water would get a response most likely.

However; in our illogical society, women are brainwashed and indoctrinated to do stuff with no repercussions. From false rape/sexual harassment claims in order to preserve her honour to hitting men and not getting hit back. I blame white knights and the brainwashing "you should never hit a woman no matter what". Preaching to the choir here.....yet when you go to countries that don't abide by feminism and the illogical ways of thinking you have women who act more pleasant and less of these incidents happen.
In Canada, public school education from kinder to the end of high school is free and each school gets the same amount of funds accordingly. ( pupils, special education allotments etc). Unlike the USA where wealthier school districts have more tax dollars available and henceforth better schools in their district, vice versa for poorer districts who don't have the funds from taxes to finance their schools adequately. This is only one small difference as the vast majority of world star hip hop type videos are from students or graduates of these systems. In Canada, these types of incidents do happen. So if it's not the public schooling then what are the causes. The politicians and police know the answer yet for PC won't say it.

Judging by the blue train, this happened at a Scarborough RT station. The borough of Scarborough is by far the trashiest part of Toronto, and this kind of behaviour is basically what you would expect to happen there. Both of them probably got what they deserved.
