1. Drink a metric fuck ton of water. When I go out I have a rule where I can't order an alcohol without a water. Every time I go get a drink I'll order a water with it and chug before leaving the bar.
When you get home chug a shit ton too.

Danger & Play Hangover Cure - this shit works, just don't take NAC after drinking. One time I did and felt like absolute SHIT for a few hours when I woke up.
3. Stick to liquors as they'll pass through you faster.
4. Don't drink mixers. Your body needs to be primed to metabolize alcohol, so it shouldn't be dealing with alcohol + shitty carbs from soda (yuck).
5. Don't drink caffeine at night so you can sleep well and process alcohol
6. Fast the next day until lunch time. You guessed it...to process alcohol. Just water and black coffee.
This also means NO DRUNK FOOD
7. Increase vitamin/mineral consumption as Zel suggests.
8. Sleep a shit ton...preferably with a beautiful girl. The oxytocin will act as a pain killer the next day
