Also, Yvette Felarca's arraignment on one felony and two misdemeanor charges from the 2016 riot she started has been set for November 8. Her arraignment from her arrest this past Sept 26 is set for October 26. The judge declined to bar her from participating in future protests. Actually, this is a good thing, because she hurts her cause more than she helps it by being fully involved.

They are a strange bunch indeed. Their maximum leader, Chairman Bob Avakian, has been in hiding for 20 years.
When I was in college, around 1980, they were considered a pain-in-the-ass on campus. You could see four or less of them at any time waving their literature around. Guess they had to fight over space with the Socialist Workers Party.
Even the local lefties couldn't stand them, but were forced to tolerate these whack-jobs due to their "no enemies to the left" policy. I had an acquaintance who was deep into a Communist Workers Party group (funny how these outfits multiply). He once told me that a local protest rally went good because the RCP showed up and "behaved themselves". The RCP was known to create counter-protests to steal the thunder from any given event.
