That and the increase in IOI's is crazy. Sometimes I dont even have the time to approach.

Diet looks good for an ecto. On a cut you should definitly drop the milk, rice, and penut butter. Replace rice with some type of green. I.e. salad. Agian, only on a cut. The pudginess you feel from time to time are yhe carbs getting stored as fat according to your diet. Especially the milk. However, the milk really helps adding calories. Thats why I recommend only during a cut.

I don't agree with the back and forth (cutting when you feel fat). A good bulk you are going to gain some fat. If your bulking than bulk for at least 12 weeks. If your cutting than cut. Other than that keep up the good work!

It's not really a back and forth at all. It's more like I'm growing for 16-20 weeks then cutting for 3-4.

Like others have said, this is a pretty solid diet and I am a big believer in keeping things simple as it is easier to do day in and day out. If your goal is to keep burning fat, you could add in 1 to 2 tbs of MCT oil or Coconut oil. This has other benefits too as it can provide some additional mental clarity and energy before workouts but you want to slowly increase your dosage or you will risk the runs. Another thing I would look into is consider adding in a half an avocado a day especially with the meals you are eating greens. This helps with their digestion and adds another good fat. It should work similar to the ACV in this way. Both the MCT oils and the avocados provide a filling effect as well. You didn't say it but you could obviously add in intermittent fasting to help keep your body in a greater ketogenic state at timesespecially with this type of diet. People use this for trimming fat and for bulking.

Outside of these things, it really depends on what guru you want to follow and what are your goals. For example, I can tell you are concerned about the glycemic nature of foods with the limitation of fruit in your diet. In my own diet, I am less strict in this regard as I eat blueberries, apples and even grapes. However, I do this mainly for other health benefits rather than strictly for weight lifting. On this same point, I tend to cycle different vegetables for health reasons and will rotate eating salad greens, celery, and broccoli but it looks like you may be doing that to some extent already.

Aim higher! You should be able to squat at least 700 weighing 280.
