I've always called the omelette "The King's Breakfast"

It is still hot. Added some shrimps in the mix.
I sincerely hope you get girls to cook in the morning for you.

By the way who else serves it flat? I fold mine over, it makes it far more aesthetic and seals the heat inside, warming up the ingredients.

Speaking of which:

2 eggs
50g of patisserie ham
Half a fresh tomato
A palmful of chopped chives.

The Omelet

The other day I actually cooked a good ole foldable omelette with milk and spices which was a nice reminded to myself that 8 still remember how to make it since I ve mostly been doing variants of Spanish "tortilla" with almost no oil nor potatoes for my bird

The Omelet

I make mega omelettes every morning.

3 large eggs or 4 small eggs

Tomato
Onion
Green Pepper
Spinach
Parsley
Jalapeno

Chia seeds
Pumpkin seeds

Sea salt
Pepper
Turmeric

Feta on the side.

Cook it in a mixture of butter and coconut oil. Pair it with a protein shake. So much goodness.

Standard sausage is the simplest and most balanced solution, but it's nice to also add sliced peppers, olives or even mushrooms. It depends on how much time you have at your hands, not on what will taste well (pretty much everything will).

The Omelet

I like to eat a French Omelet. No ingredients on the inside, just egg. Though if you'd like to garnish, some fresh basil or parsley on the top would work great! This is the best pic I've found online to describe it:

Upon cutting it open the egg is supposed to be on the runny side, season with salt and pair with a side of sausage. Thats what I do at least.
