Better jawline by chewing

So this dude claims you can develop your jawline by chewing gum every day. What do you think about this claim? Seems to work for old diamond jaw over here. I could use a better jawline.

It's not going to do anything for the forward 3/4 of your jaw, that part that really determines the shape of your face, that is all about bone. The guy in the video thumbnail is perfect example- that sharp line is his bone structure. Now the rear part, where you see that bit of a dimple/bump, that is muscle, which I'm sure can be developed to some degree.

Put your hand on the side of your jaw and then clinch your teeth and feel the movement of your muscle- that will give you a good idea of where the development, if any, will be.

Having the lowest body fat you can, revealing the bone to a greater degree, will help give you a more chiseled jaw - if you have the bone structure.

I've low body fat, so my jaw is as chiselled as it's ever going to get. Just wonder whether it's worthwhile chewing, to get the sides bigger. I can imagine it having a positive effect, but who knows.

I have been giving this ago for about a month. That's a month of consistently chewing gum for at least a few hours everyday. I've also been growing a beard during that time, until I shaved it off today. It looks to me as though there has been some improvement, but nothing substantial yet. But I am happy to continue the experiment since I like chewing the gum. The way to get a stronger jawline seems to be twofold: by exercising the masseter muscles at the back of your jaw, while dropping body fat in order to reveal your bone structure. So I may start adding in facial exercises on top of chewing gum that supposedly work out the muscle.

churros mastic gum is tough, muc tougher than your mainstream tridents. I found some at a local Turkish store, but you can check online for it.

It gives your mouth muscles a nice workout, so IF you want to go forward with this, go with mastic
