You whiny bitches are working in finance/IT offices and you are already complaining

I work a 9-7 in an open-space office in the TV media industry. The very antithesis of masculinity. Sex and the city, LGBT reality shows and other debauchery are parts of my work. Go figure.
My unit has about 60 people. Aside from the IT department (which are all males, the last girl quits to go to Canada. Heh), everyone is either female or gays. Ok just finished counting, out of 43 people there are 15 straight guys, with 5 being upper management.
I think I’ve seen most of the bullshit by now. Manager boss crying, yelling, stomping. Upity “specialist” girl trying to lecture the cool manager guy and gets floored. Crying on the job. Manager girl use the workplace like it’s her Amazon deposit box. Flirting. Cursing. Older gals hating on younger gals. It’s basically high school, I don’t think that most people ever grow up.
Unlike most of you guys, I’m waiting to get citizenship so I can live and move about Europe (and Eastern Europe

) freely, so for the next 2 years I gotta find a way to suck it up.
The most annoying thing is the number of hot ass jiggling around the workplace... Impossible to concentrate at all. Not like there's anything to concentrate on.
I actually find out that once you get a lay of the land, and manage to treat work exactly as if it’s a game, it’s not that bad.
Rule of thumb I learned from another RVF member, also a marine:
Admit nothing. Deny everything. Make counter-accusation.
1.There’s ALWAYS one girl in the office who believes she knows everything and can’t wait to show everyone, including the managers, how it’s done. You know that girl, I know that girl. Probably short-haired, horizontal striped sweaters, thick glasses, used to be nerds in college. Have a vast superiority complex mixed with a wine barrel of insecurity.
She LOVES sending you emails telling you to do this and that. Loves to be the one to proofread everything to make sure it is appropriate. Send out reminders every 15min. Loves gossiping about you and other girls.
Make her work for you. When you have the slightest doubt that can be solve 2s with Google, come ask her. Make it blatant that you think she knows everything. Give her all your half-assed work to proofread and correct. Ok, what about your reputation, you ask? Refer to the golden rule. If your work (that she checks) passes, nobody cares. If you fuck up, “but Stephanie validated this, and she is never wrong!” => deflection.
Throw her a bone every now and then. Nobody loves her so a simple “you know everything” or “your glasses look nice” can be pretty powerful.
2.Make your manager relies on you. Find a niche thing in your work that only you can do, or like to do. Start monopolizing it and make sure you are the only one who can do it. Make it look important.
3. Don’t give a shit about your work. Promotion is about visibility, not about performance. I’m not experienced enough to comment on this, but for a red pill man who play the game well office politics are manageable. And you can eventually get paid well to do nothing.
Interestingly when I was an intern my project manager was a total player. Slip off during lunch break to bang girls (clients) left and right, then he shows me pics and we talk and shoot the shit. Eventually he quits his jobs to go full player mode, but that goes to show you can make it work if you get the right mentality.
