The easier way would be to start a totally different Instagram with a different facebook. But most efficient way would be to use the old account.

For automation purposes the older your account is the easier it is to grow it. Times easier and faster. So if you want to have a personal account clean from all the automation activities better start a new one and get all your friends on it. First make a list of all the friends you want to keep.

Then change the name and the thumbnail picture of the old account and block all your friends from being able to see you. Then approach them with a new account and say the old one got banned or stolen or whatever.

Disconnect your old account from your facebook and connect your new account to it.

Then plug the old account in automation and post pictures that you would otherwise not post, due to being afraid of your friends opinion.

@Robreke: You can use and should use pictures with girls on your account because it will lessen the gay vibe (those PMs do get annoying sometimes), show value and preselection.

Here are the rules I try to stick to:
Preferably 2 girls in a frame. Your pose masculine they are squeezing you tight.
Only hot girls. Preferably 8+
One photo with a girl in 20-25 photos.
Never a same girl twice.

Tolerance to photos with girls and the player vibe varies on a region. In SA it is very high in EE it is very low. So you can't have one size fits all with this one.

I run two Instagram pages. One is my photography project and the other is just my cell phone/lifestyle pictures.
Since January I've smashed 8 chicks from the pages.

It's actually getting incremental. As I get more and post more.. I get more unsolicited messages from chicks.

3 chicks in the last week have messaged me based of pictures or stories.

The stories work great. I never had Snapchat..so I underestimated the stories.. But now I find myself being a basic bitch and taking little 10 second videos at the beach or pool.

I use the bot to target the nightlife venues I go to and along with the outdoors areas in the city.

Anywhere that I know groups of chicks hang out.

I took my personal account's age for granted; I started a new account ~1.5 months ago and it has been hard as fuck to grow it without getting banned a lot (at times, IG deleting my account but resetting my password got it back)

If you can, use the older one

When I analyse someone's Instagram album in 90% of cases I ask people to change their username and give suggestions. I was able to come up with pretty awesome usernames for some of my clients based on the names they already had and the content they had.

Instagram name and the thumbnail picture is what people see when you (or your automation) follows them or likes their picture. This is what should spark the interest and make people you target want to visit your account and actually see what you have to offer. Which leads to them liking your stuff and following you.

So if you have a niche travel, photography, specific looks etc make sure your name includes mention of your niche.

Lets say your IG name is johny3629. This looks cheap and lame. But if your niche is fitness then fit_john or john_workouts or JohnInTheGym makes so much more sense. Yes finding a good username which suits your niche, does not contain numbers and is witty will sometimes be difficult as most of those are taken. But if you brainstorm a bit and play with words you might come up with a good one.

Good IG name will work for you in the future with thousands of people that your automation is going to follow, and will increase followbacks. Thumbnail picture however is even more important.

Think of you clicking on some picture of hot ass on a thumbnail almost automatically, just to see more. Well you have to find a way to make girls do the same thing.

There is only one function of your Instagram thumbnail pic and username, to make people click on it and check your channel. It is good also if it displays value by how good you look on your avatar and how witty and unique your username it.

I have 5k on one account and 7k on the other

I always try to message chicks with a couple hundred followers

My biggest problem is the shadow ban or whatever.
When you can press follow on someone but it will auto unfollow.

So the bot doesn't catch this it seems.. But I notice when I go manually.

Does anyone know how to stop this?
My 7k account account use to be able to follow low 6-900

It is not just a software though. It is a service. You don't need to do anything yourself. Just sign up and enjoy the growth.

I have all kinds of stuff on my instagram: selfies, travel photos, portraits, abstracts, candids. Have some nudes too although I've not put them on my insta. I'm seriously into photography.
