2 - The guy thinks he can turn a ho into a housewife, he thinks maybe she will let go of her gold digging ways and see that he's a nice guy.
3 - $150,000 would be better spent on getting her a nose job, lipo, and some accent reduction lessons. There's still some to spare for getting her a new dress instead of that hideous lime green POS dress. Actually the guy could use that to hit the gym, get some new threads, and a trips elsewhere. Only idiots go ring shopping with a woman. All men should buy a couple of thin books on diamond buying, learn the 4 C's, shop around wholesale for loose diamonds, and try to avoid big box stores.
Going ring shopping with a woman is about as bad as going car shopping with one. The salesman is going to try hard to invoke her hamster and inner feminist by undermining your authority in the relationship. He or she will be asking her what color she wants, how big, start with shit way out of your budget range. Ring shopping is worse, because unlike car shopping, you cannot pull the female salesladies off to the side like a male car salesman and tell her to shut the fuck up and speak only to you, otherwise you will be leaving.
If you stay within sweetspots (SI1-VVS2) with colors like (H-E), and keep it between 2,500-6,000, no reasonable woman would turn that down. If she did, she did you a solid favor anyway.
Most women in some way or another while dating would let you know in alot of ways if they would accept something you buy or not. Asians tend not to care about these things at all, but if I were dating a chick that comes from a culture that does rings, and I made an offer of marriage with one and heard even one complaint about it, I would ask for it back on the spot and next her. No questions asked.
My exwife pulled a similar stunt like this chick did. Some sales bitch from the store I bought it at, while doing a quarterly cleaning on the one I bought her, convinced her to trade it in for a larger ring they were trying to get rid of. Her greedy and ignorant mind jumped all over that. Thing is, they played her like a fiddle. I had bought her a VVS2 with a G color @ 1.5 carats. They convinced her to trade it in for a SI2 with an I color @ 2.X carats. 6 months later, all she fucking did was complain about how her ring was not shiny from the other side of the room and how she always had to clean it, unlike the one I bought. Gee.... I wonder why? I never bothered to tell her why because what difference would that had made? Her greed got the best of her again. She would never learn. After that stunt I was starting to feel the need to ditch her even as blue pill I was back then. The store got me back good for haggling them down too hard and getting those nice stones for a steal, by tricking my knucklehead exwife.
My current wife has a nice one, but not as nice as that first one I ever bought because I knew she would not have cared too much about it. I just wanted to make sure she had something to keep thirsty fucks away from her, and it did the job just fine. It means alot to her because I gave it to her and she treats it very well. That's exactly what I needed to see.

Here's a better idea: don't EVER marry an American chick or any chick who demands a ring. Any chick who demands one is showing you that she's already infected with Princess Snowflake syndrome.
The keepers will be chicks who insist they don't need a diamond ring and that this money should be spent on something that might actually increase in value, like a house or business.

A 6 to me is the lower end of the scale (of course we could go back and forth on what a 6 is and what the scale means).
Ex. 8 body, but 4 butterface = a 6 on average
Anything above a 7 has to have a cute face and good looking body. (this is objective, opinions will vary).
I don't think they're being hardasses - I think they're vetting extremely - I mean look at the "What do you think is a 10?" or "Woud you hit it" threads for example.

TK, I agree with you that dudes often go off the deep end with girls here that are perfectly bangable, but I have to disagree in this case. I've watched a few episodes of this show some time ago, and that girl is straight up ugly as fuck, in nearly every way.
Her lip job is comically terrible and over-pumped with whatever they use, her nose job is worse and did nothing to help her face, her tit job looks like it was done by a plastic surgeon brought in from 1992- I haven't seen a modern tit job done that poorly in quite some time - and I've seen plenty - they have that hard, tight, high, downward pointing cheap porno look to them.
Basically nothing is real on this chick, and somehow everything that was done was done in the worst and least complimentary way. The sad thing is she probably looked decent enough without the work back in Russia. Whoever paid for all that her age should be slapped in face, because they turned a young girl into something that looks like a 40 y/o with too much work. I don't know if there's a worse sin than throwing away decent young pussy in such a careless way.
To be clear, I'm not saying WNB - I really only need a relatively slim girl bent over in dim lighting - but I will say without hesitation this girl is below my standards for anything more than 30 minutes in a moderately priced hotel, and even then I likely wouldn't bother. That chubby faced conservative girl in the other thread is far better than this creation.
