The way you talk about France and French people seem very false and arrogant too.Why Paris is the most visited city in the world and France the most visited country with more than 80 millions visitors every year? Are all these people stupid then? I ve been to Istanbul I love it and I didnt speak the language.Maybe it is your attitude which is a problem not the country that you visit. And French food is one of the best if not the best food in the world sorry my friend.

There is enough technology and data in our smartphones and computers to build a space shuttle and actually send it to the space. But people use smartphones and computers for social media.Majority of the people belive in religion.Majority of the people love the corrupt politicians who steal from them and make them live in misery. That means what majority of the people do may not be the right thing.
France having over 80 million visitors does not mean it is the best country to visit.Maybe they were the best at advertising what they have and created a nice touristic portfolio.

I do not care if someone likes Turkey or not.I do not like Istanbul. It is a chaotic city.

I did not mean to be arrogant.I told my opinion.I do not like France. That was the worst surprise for me .I spent so much money in such a short span of time but i do not feel like i got a satisfying value in return.Paris is the most expensive city after Oslo and Zurich. But i have not travelled to Southern coast line of France and heard it is pretty nice over there. But then again way too expensive.

Well if you want cheap go to Venezuela but then you need balls or rifle. Most Europe is expensive especially during summer. What did you expect? Even Spain or Italy isnt cheap anymore.London is more expensive than Paris for everything and food sucks.Usually the more northern you go the more expensive it is.I guess you will never go to Iceland.[Image: smile.gif][Image: smile.gif]

Eastern Europe and Baltics is pretty cheap . I think Italy and Spain is cheap too . Germany is not cheap but ok . Holland is expensive but you get value, entertainment and unforgettable memories . Definitely worth it . Scandinavia and Switzerland have insane costs .

The Iphone is one of the best selling phones, that doesn't make it good.
Paris is the most overrated city I lived in, I can think of 20 other places in France that are much better. The tourists have been sold this image of Paris as a romantic getaway when in reality it's a smelly, dirty, crowded, overpriced shithole.

Best surprise: Capetown, SA - As an Anglo sphere city I had zero expectations but was surprised by the beautiful women, amazing nightlife/daylife and very friendly people, once you stay longer and get some friends many do house parties in their big villas(I visited a friend), I had 2 ONS there in 3 visits. Just make sure you go there in their summer Nov-March.

Worst surprises: Skopja, Zagreb, Ljubliana - as EE fan it very disappointing for me, although talent is not bad I had zero success in those cities, also I prefer the lighter skin slavic which are less common here. Not to mention those cities are quite boring. I could add Belgrade as well but the city is more fun and interesting.

Best surprise: Russia

The hospitaliy of the Russians are truly remarkable. Good food, super hot girls who are more interesting than UA girls, excellent nightlife and the lack of political correctness. In Russia you can tell girls shit that would get you fired in the west (topics like gays, muslim immigration ect), and instead of going crazy they will agree with you!

Plenty of cultural things to see and beautiful nature.

Worst surprise: Cuba

I didn´t expect western standards at all, but were shocked to see that Havana looks like Mogadishu. One day power is out, next day the water disappears for half of the day. Garbage everywhere, difficult to get food since there are very few proper stores, no real farmacies in case of food poisoning. Cuba has a lot of hot chicks, but the problem is that they are usually underage and hitting the wall faster than in any country, due to hard labour, warm weather and lack of beauty products. Too big p4p scene, basically 70% of all girls are "semi-pros". Very difficult to pick up a "normal" girls if not fluent in Spanish.

Best surprise: Colombia. I know it's a cliche, but it's real. There are more 8s and 9s walking around than any other country I've been to (about 25 by now). There, the normal bell curve of beauty has a weird bump over on the right, about 2 SDs above the mean. There's plenty of uggos too, as usual, the left side of the bell curve is untouched, don't let anybody fool you about that. Still, I haven't seen anyplace on earth where gorgeous women can be dressing so well yet living and working in such modest circumstances (cinder block houses, etc). I got laid like tile for basically the price of a sandwich ... by the most beautiful women of my life.

Worst surprise: England. I lived there for eight months in college and just didn't get along with any of them. Dated other Americans, Swedes, etc. But no British.

2nd place worst surprise: Bolivia. It wasn't technically a surprise, because I'd heard of irs reputation, but let's just say this: I spent two weeks there and saw maybe five girls that I would've maybe possibly considered, and zero beauties. That's out of thousands. Yes, literally thousands and thousands of nonfuckable women waddling around La Paz, Uyuni, Potosi, Sucre, etc like a bunch of constipated, overweight indigenous ducks. The bell curve is shifted waaaaayyy to the left there.

THAT said, Bolivia is a physically beautiful country and I think about going back for that, combining parts of it with Peru and northern Argentina.

^^^ Geezus, look at the dudes in the boat.

On topic, I never made it to Serbia, but the girls in Bosnia and Croatia were out standing. Split and Braac would be musts if I ever got back there again.

@bateman- gotta agree with you on Russia. I’ve previously posted on this thread at some point, but I think I’d have to move Russia to my biggest surprise. Both the men and women have been incredibly friendly, the guys buy you drinks and ask questions about our thoughts on the current political situation.. the girls agree to instadates at a stupidly high percentage. Foreign factor is massive, and the competition is weak. One of the friendliest countries I’ve ever been too... which is the complete opposite of what I expected.

You're welcome.

That's not how we do things in Russia, comrade.

Best surprises :

-Taiwan : had everything I loved about Japan and China without any of their flaws. Extremely feminine girls, good infrastructure, not so expensive, and English is commonly spoken.

I agree with you about Taiwan, I haven't been there but my neighbor whose daughter is now currently studying at Taiwan and my paternal uncle who has ever been to Taiwan said that Taiwan is surprisingly good. My father also told me that a lot people have positive review about Taiwan.

Plus, my father also said that many of good quality Chinese food from various regions of China could be found in Taiwan.

Best surprise to me:

Malaysia: Malaysia has lots of great food, especially Chinese food and Indian food. The streets are not as clean as Singapore, but looks pretty clean to me. Plus, Malaysians are also surprisingly friendly even to an Indonesian like me.

Positive: Russia, specifically the Russian Far East. I did not really know anything at all about Russia (especially the part I wound up living in) before I went there so all I really had in my head going in was image search results and Grupa Krovi by Viktor Tsoi. It was awesome. My work got canceled at one point due to a blizzard and I stood in the middle of the road downtown (nobody was driving) and ate a an ice cream cone I bought from a local convenience store as the wind blew snow sideways through the air in such quantity and force that I could not see more than 50 feet away in any direction. And, even when blizzards were not happening, it was an absolutely beautiful place and, since I was in a coastal city, it had beautiful sunsets. It was like a Russian version of what I imagine Alaska must be like. The friendliness of Russians and the lack of political correctness is also very endearing. Russian culture also prizes intellectualism and intelligence (the genuine kind, not the pseudo-intellectual postmodern obscurantism that is popular in the Anglosphere) so it is possible to actually make friends and form real relationship with people there.

Negative: Hanoi. Vietnam is a nice country with very nice people and it is generally a good place to live. I would recommend choosing a different city and not anchoring yourself to Hanoi though as, while there are a number of attractive women there, it is more polluted, less walkable, has less historical stuff, and generally has a lot less to do than I had anticipated. I stayed for a month but was bored within a couple of weeks which is not good for a city of Hanoi's size. To Hanoi's credit though, the cost-value ratio is great and you can live there on a budget pretty easily if you actually understand what things are supposed to cost and know how to haggle (this is not a foreigner thing but a deeply ingrained cultural tradition that everyone practices and people will think you are weird if you do not haggle). So Hanoi is not a total bust and certainly not the worst place I've ever been. I just went in with expectations that may have been unrealistically high so I was a bit underwhelmed.

Also, while the enforcement varies, it is technically illegal, as far as I understand, for foreigners to bring girls to their hotel rooms and/or said girl(s) will at least have to present their ID to the hotel staff which many girls don't like because it makes them feel like hookers (which is the intention). What this means is that you will have a harder time banging girls in your hotel than you would in another country and you might (though this is uncommon, it does happen) find your hotel room getting raided by the Peoples' Public Security Force (Communist police) at stupid o'clock in the morning or night to make sure that you don't have any hookers in there. To get around this, a lot of guys rent two rooms (one for themselves and one for the girl) so that the girl is not in their room but this obviously costs a lot more money and is a logistical hassle as you would typically have to reserve her room in advance, meaning you can't just pick her up and bring her back to your place, and, if you don't reserve in advance but just pick a girl up that day, you may get blocked by the hotel staff and/or authorities because the hotel already rented out all the rooms and they have no vacancy.

If you have an apartment, then you can bring girls there but this means you would need to be staying at least long enough to get an apartment. In general though, Vietnam gave me the impression that, while you can certainly have ONS there, it is more of a relationship country where you would go if you want a girlfriend or wife as opposed to a quick bang or two.
