Mass starvation and famine in Africa

Mass starvation and famine in Africa

What Africa needs is another Thomas Sankara. Although they classify him as a Marxist revolutionary, I consider him the biggest nationalist leader of the Black Continent. His only mistake was to publicly humiliate French president Francois Mitterrand during a conference in Paris. Shortly, the globalists organized his assassination using his close friend. His doctrine was that Africans should only rely on themselves.

Africa can sustain itself. I know dozens of men and women from Nigeria, Ethiopia, Chad, and other countries that work in STEM fields and got their jobs based on their skills not affirmative action. One of them served as a soldier under Sankara and he only has good things to say about this remarkable guy. Alas, such people don't have long lives. I would choose a black chick from Africa any day over any fastfoodized African-American hoodrat.

Cape Town could become first major city in world to run out of water after 90-day warning

South African city's mayor warns supply will run dry in April on 'day zero'

"Cape Town may become the first large city in the world to run out of water, as officials warn there are fewer than 90 days left before the supply runs dry.

The city’s mayor Patricia De Lille said residents had until 22 April until “day zero”, when authorities have estimated the water supply will be finished if residents do not scale back their usage.

As a result, officials have introduced strict measures to limit the consumption of available water, including capping usage at 87 litres per person per day.

The crisis is the result of three years of low rainfall and drought, coupled with a growing population and an increase in water consumption.

Storage levels in dams serving the coastal South African city dropped to below 30 per cent, but once the dams reach 13.5 per cent capacity the municipal water supply will be turned off for all but essential services, such as supplies to hospitals.

If the taps are turned off, residents will be required to travel to one of the 200 municipal water points across the city to collect a maximum ration of 25 litres per day.

In response to the dwindling water supplies, authorities have imposed severe restrictions.

Cape Town’s four million residents have been told to keep their showers under two minutes and have been banned from watering gardens, washing cars and filling swimming pools.

People have also been told to recycle bathwater and limit their usage of washing machines.

Speaking to South Africa’s Times, the head of Cape Town’s water and sanitation department Peter Flower said the prospect of the water supply running out was “terrifying”.

“Residential customers remain the largest portion of water users. If we can bring consumption down to 500 million litres per day‚ we will be able to avoid day zero‚” he said.

Cape Town authorities are trying to top up water levels in the city’s surrounding dams using techniques such as drilling into aquifers, recycling wastewater and the desalination of seawater."

The crisis is in truth a result of black rule and lack of investment in infrastructure and corruption while whites are ever more ostracized and pushed to the margins of society.

Things will become far more dire in South Africa. There are estimates that it will become a 3rd world country in full in the near future.

It sounds like South Africa's weird tiered society also makes it impossible to feel any loyalty to the nation as a citizen. I've read that in South Africa blacks are now considered the most privileged race in their national caste system. Which means they have actual privileges which they then exploit with corruption and pursuit of old racial vendettas.

The whites are relegated to official #2 status with certain business and government positions not available. The whites who are wealthy enough live in Cape Town or behind high security gated communities. I've heard of a giant white flight out of South Africa with those with the means seeing the writing on the wall a long time ago.

Then at the bottom you have the "other" class which are various other races (asian, indian, arab etc..) which have the ultimate misfortune settling or being born in a shithole like South Africa. I actually feel the most sympathy for this group and other countries should be picking the best of these people up and offering them priority migration.

South africa is what you get when you promote a largely shiftless and corrupt elite propped up by an equally indolent majority while then persecuting the most educated and industrious people in society.

It's a country that deserves to become a failed state. Not sure it will happen though since African countries have a way of limping along indefinitely until they finally implode into machete wielding street chaos. I'm guessing most of the non blacks will be driven out eventually and south africa will just devolve into different warring african factions which result in the usual burning tire necklaces, rapes, etc..

Right in the 1990s it became the rule to first ostracize White men - no government positions available for them anymore. They pushed it through via support of the Whites, because women were excluded from this discrimination. So middle and lower class women supported this madness where their husbands were instantly having much harder time getting work. Then recently the parties changed even those rules and white women are set to be fired and replaced by blacks as well. Also they usually replaced one white guy with 10 black workers to "create jobs".

I don't know how the very top elite could be so shortsighted or maybe they did not care, knew that the crap would be destroyed anyway and they simply are getting as much cash out of the country before the shit collapses fully.

Frankly the remaining 1.5 mio Whites have no way out. An armed conflict and separation is not supported by the elite and I think that the corrupt UN and NATO would rather carpet bomb them, put on eternal embargoes before they would let them have a separate state.

I might also add that the current South African white underclass is the most wretched:

They are actively barred from most jobs and even the land they occupy which no one wants is coming with restrictions - they are not allowed to use brick and mortar to create livable houses, because the ruling morons realized that even poor White people can create nice houses from scratch if they let them. So they are destroying better-built ones and are only allowing them shanty-houses.

Oh - and they are barred from any immigration to any Western country - 100.000 Arabs to the US and 500.000 to Europe are fine, but those racist white devils - cannot let them come in.

One of my (ex) good buddies came from one of these shanty towns outside Pretoria in some defunct mining town. He grew up poor as the local blacks, with a dad as hard as the rocks they split. Buddy would get drunk with other dirt (literally) poor kids, white and black, when they were 10 years old. His dad was a falldown drunk which oddly helped him in life. When he became a teenager the blacks started turning on the whites, and he lost all his black friends and brutal racism started. His brother left, and he knew he had to go too. He ended up lucky, he met a Canadian girl and they got married and she took him to Canada.

The stories of these shit towns are brutal, and they have gotten MUCH worse in the 15 years he has been in Canada. He went to visit his dad a couple years ago, and he said that his dads days are numbered before he is killed. Just seeing an old, Boer, tough as fuck man in their midst is just too much for the brainwashed youth of the New South Africa.

Do I understand you correctly? He got killed soon after his son's visit?

No, that was not clear. He is, as far as I know, not been killed. But he could feel it in the air.

I didn't used to believe the "muh white farmers" meme, but when I saw the regime in Zimbabwe was begging them to come back, I knew there was something seriously screwed up going on in Africa, in regards to agricultural production and dispossession of experienced white farmers. And don't get me started about Soviet Farm Collectivization, bad agricultural policies lead to bad outcomes regardless of where they occur, not just Africa.

"After fleeing Zimbabwe, farmers reluctant to return"
Quote:Quote:

It was part of their adjustment to a new life in a peaceful country after invaders seized their Zimbabwe farm in 2016. And it helps explain why they have little interest in returning to Zimbabwe – despite the ousting of long-ruling dictator Robert Mugabe and the reassurances of the new rulers.

The McKinnons are among an estimated 4,000 white commercial farmers who lost their land in the invasions and occupations that began 18 years ago. But today, the new government of President Emmerson Mnangagwa is promising to end the illegal seizure of farmland and to provide "inclusiveness" for everyone. The pledges are intended to resolve one of Zimbabwe's most sensitive and controversial issues. Under the white minority regime when the country was known as Rhodesia, half of the arable land was controlled by a tiny number of white people. After independence in 1980, land redistribution at first was done on a voluntary basis. The land invasions, sometimes violent, began in 2000.

Of the estimated 4,500 white farmers in the country when the invasions began, only a few hundred remain on their farms today. The invasions triggered a collapse in Zimbabwe's agriculture production and then contributed to a broader collapse of the overall economy.

In his inauguration speech in November after Mr. Mugabe resigned, Mr. Mnangagwa said his government was "committed to compensating those farmers from whom land was taken." The government even allowed a white farmer to return to his land last month – prompting cheers and celebrations from his former farm workers, who had lost their jobs when the farmer was evicted at gunpoint. https://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/wor...e37663667/
