Basically because those are comically-stupid looks that have hundreds or thousands of years of tradition behind them, while his comically-stupid look seems to have been primarily sourced from 2nd edition Dungeons and Dragons. Something like that.

^^In a vacuum the appearance and customs of fundamentalist Jews and Muslims are no less ridiculous than this guy's, but the former have the mitigating consideration that they were raised that way and practically forced to follow those traditions. I've worn suits and sportcoats from time to time my entire life, and don't find them particularly odd. If I were suddenly dropped in from some stone-age culture I'm sure I would.

My family has probably been some variant of English or Scottish Christian (and then American) going back to Roman times, which isn't unusual, but if I suddenly started dressing like a 13th century monk...

Many neopagans hate Christians just as much/if not more than Jews or Muslims, especially if they are hard core extreme white nationalists. Christianity is in its totality is basically reformist paganized Judaism. There is a very good reason why reformist Jews (early Christians/Greek Jews) had the one up over Jews and Pagans, degeneracy was forbidden and it let to state building that Pagans and the old Jewish guard were opposed to. As a secular Jew ,I culturally identity more with Christianity, especially after reading more into the story of Hannukah and the roots of how anachronistic Judaism today is. For me Paganism has its own set of problems ,some close to the problems Judaism has.

Media(cough cough ARD) and Der Schuldkomplex is a huge problem I agree, but in terms of practicality...? Theres a small community of Jews in Germany (mostly immigrants from the FSU who will vote for the AfD) who will disappear eventually by marrying out to Germans or ethnic slavs and a large and growing community of muslims of various backgrounds. Not many in Europe I see converting to neopaganism anytime soon.
