Maybe the top execs knew they'd never get away with trying to market their foods as 'healthy', like how cigarette companies tried to market smoking as a weight prevention, so they discovered they could jump on the 'social justice' bandwagon instead and market their nasty food under the veil of 'promoting tolerance'.

Occam's Razor says the simplest explanation is the most likely explanation. The simple answer is she eats her feelings and engages in lots of emotional eating, and is too lazy to do anything about her physique. She would rather bitch about how society doesn't accommodate her feelings than hit a treadmill and eat a salad for a change.

I don't think we should bully and shame fat people, but at the same time we shouldn't celebrate obesity either or downplay/deny the health risks associated with being fat.
