Thank God the NFL is back

I've been rocking back and forth in a fetal position since February.

As we continue to evolve and become more ADD, there aren't many other sports (MMA) that hold my attention for more than 5 minutes. Things sure have changed. I don't know how I used to watch 162 game baseball season when I was a kid. I don't even watch the world series now.

Football and working on day game is the mantra this fall/winter.

watch the Rugby World Cup this Sept.

If you think NFL hold your attention, you are going to love Rugby.

no time outs, two 45 minute halves, no pads. All the best parts of football and none of the boring parts like time outs and commericial breaks.

Rugby is probably the most entertaining and watchable sports I have seen.

My best friend is the NE Patriots #1 superfan..He taped the game and watched it 5 times yesterday while I was running game on all his wifes girlfriends.
He told me to get my dick out of the dirt and do what men do and watch football.

I am looking for the team that is going to give the pats a hard time this year for ball busting purposes. I'm thinking the JETS?

He told me that he would give up sex before football

wow man. i love football too, but to give up sex. damn, guess i can't hate on someone for being so passionate about it, but that's pretty extreme. as far as afc teams, jets, steelers, chargers will vye for SB.

glad that you had your priorities straight. although, i did tell the girl i'm seeing now that she will be a football widow on sundays. what she doesn't know is that the sports bar i frequent has many hot young girls who come dolled up.

on another note, anyone find girls who wear football jersey's hot? a bunch of my friends are into that, but i never got it? guess i'm old fashioned about girls being done up and not hanging around in sweats and a jersey.

I cant stand female football fans! WTF They think its cool to yell at the tv in the bar on sundays?
Why do they have to prove that they know the game?
Guys here bring there boats in early during football season leaving the women HI and Dry. Which leaves me Low and Wet.

I too have been DYING waiting on football.

My college team took a hit with the AD firing the head coach RIGHT before the season. We have alot of talent and this year should be our break out year imo. Hoping we win the ACC.

I am super amped about my new look Carolina Panthers. Went and hired great aggressive coaches. We got the most dynamic college player EVER. If he lives up to the hype and reaches his potential than the sky is the limits for this organization going forward.

El Mechanico, dont pull for the Jets. The playoff game was a fluke. The 40 point beating NE put on them in the regular season is more indicative of what the real results will look like 8 times out of 10. NE will be hard to beat with the additions they made in the off season to put on top of the 12-2 season they had last year.

Best teams by far are NE, GB, Philly, Steelers, Saints, and the Falcons.

I think the Jets are by far their toughest competition in the AFC. In the NFC they still have the Packers and Eagles to contend with, among others.

I feel sorry for some of you guys. I didn't have much of an issue finding football this offseason. Then again, I never have-that's what the CFL is for.

I watch Canadian ball online from April through till November, and occasionally find some Arena Football as well. That's more than enough to keep a football fix satiated until the NFL preseason starts, at which time I'll be watching those games along with Canadian ball and the Arena Playoffs/Championship. During the NFL season, CFL plays on Saturdays, Fridays and Thursdays, so I have that alongside college football to keep me occupied when it isn't Sunday. Football day comes four days a week for me in fall.

Of course, most American fans can't bring themselves to care about Canadian football. That's too bad-its actually a pretty decent game, talented players and good competition most of the time (different rules make the game more fast-paced). Perfect for off-season occupation.

The most beautiful season of the year is back. Go Cowboys!

With God's help, I'll conquer this terrible affliction.
