Mr. Kitty's Progress Thread

Hello all,

I am a 21 year old university student in the USA. I've tried a couple other communities but decided on this one for a progress thread in all areas--game, finances, etc. I am a big fan of Mike Cernovich and I understand he used this forum.

I recently was prescribed TRT at 20 years old in November, and am just coming up on a year for being on. Natty test level was about ~200ng/dl. This is important, because testosterone alone as allowed me to get the ball rolling in all areas of my life. Broke up with controlling girlfriend, doing 1000x better socially, gains are awesome, etc. If anyone is familiar with testosterone, I am prescribed 160mg/week Test cypionate which allows me to cruise at about ~1200-1300ng/dl

With that said, I wanted to be apart of a like-minded self improvement community, and thought this would be the best one to track my progress.

Since I am quite busy, updates will probably be weekly or so.

Anyways, stoked to be apart of this forum!

G

Thank you!

I am going to have a do a full update for mid November, then keep it to probably once per week from here on out and do a report every month. I will also include a little background here to show where I am at

Mid-November 2016

Lifting

Ever since starting TRT I have gone from 5'11" @ 170lbs to 6'1" @ 193-195lbs
I was especially shocked by the change in height. My doctor said the newfound presence of the hormones will allow me to make up for height I would have had given a regular testosterone level

Current lift top sets:
Bench - 225 x 6
Deadlift - 410 x 5
Squat - 300 x 8

Diet and Fitness

Have not really been paying too much attention to diet at the moment other than eyeballing for about ~200g protein/day and aiming for 3k-4k calories. I am in full bulk mode at the moment so I am not worried about excess carbohydrates or fats.

I currently lift 3x/week and do cardio on a stationary bike 2x/week

I was advised not to run by a physician because of bad cartilage in my knees, however, it does seem to be getting better with the presence of TRT.

Likewise, typically on the weekend I may end up hiking, going swimming, or playing soccer.

Style

I do not have too much to say about this, but generally I would say that overall I am much better dressed than most of my counter parts. I look great everyday but need to instill some variety from basic collard shirts and jeans and the like. I will be working on this.

Work and Finances

Currently working on two projects, alongside attending university. Both of these projects are drop-shipping eCommerce store fronts. I have found it much easier working on both of these simultaneously as I have noticed that, much like with girls, when I have more than one to work with I am much more outcome independent. This is at the moment my biggest priority as I see huge potential with these projects and would like to see them succeed. Likewise, this is also where I spend the majority of my time.

Travel

I did one weekend trip to another friend's university and it was great fun. I do not have too much available capital at the moment as most of my money is being immediately invested into my business. Once the ball is rolling in that area, however, I plan to making much more headway here.

Social Life

Crushing it here.

I was in a terrible relationship for just around a year and a half the last half of age 19 to the beginning of age 21. I am apart of the Greek system at my university, and this relationship significantly stifled building a stronger social network.

However, objectively speaking socializing is one of the strongest points of my personality--I am an ENFJ--and have made an excellent "social recovery" since the break-up. I am currently in a social position I have always dreamed of--always have people texting me, being invited out, etc. and I honestly do not think this would have been possible without those testosterone injections.

Hobbies

Really, really, need to work on this area. All of the activities I regularly participate in are:

-Lifting
-School
-Work
-Reading
-Socializing / Drinking

I have always felt very lacking in this department and desire to fix it. I currently own a guitar, and have found myself interested in learning boxing/martial arts at some point. Again, now that I have energy all day--TRT--I can really put my interests to work now.

I plan on scheduling out sometime to practice guitar several times per week, and then.

Other things I am interested in and will investigate:

-Gymnastics
-Dancing-Swing or Salsa
-Learning a language--100% would like to do this someday..but have not been able to completely decide on which one. Have always been drawn to Spanish, French, Chinese, and Japanese
-Film
-Photography
-Writing

Sex

Prior to my girlfriend I had only had sex with 3 girls.. with girlfriend being number 3. Since the break-up, I currently have 1 regular girl I see which I make sure to only keep to once/week. I am actively trying to find more girls to date and put into a rotation, however, this is not my biggest priority at the moment--it is my finances.

Game

Steadily working on this every week. Most of my lays have all come from my social circle, and for right now I am totally fine with that. In the Greek system at my university this works out quite nicely.

Reading

I am currently reading Psycho Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz and am halfway through it. Amazing book. I am currently doing his imagination exercise once daily for a half hour, and to be honest, this may end up being the most important book I read this year. I see a lot of potential with his exercises and his theory makes sense to me. I will probably be done with this book later this week and it will be interesting to see what changes I experience.

Random Thoughts

I plan on a lotting time into my schedule to explore hobbies amongst other things, however, for the time being nearly all of my free-time is going directly into my business project. I want this thing off the ground and running ASAP.

Lastly, I am again excited to be apart of this forum. I believe that actively participating here and continuing to update this thread will not only make me more accountable to achieving my goals, but will also motivate me to push the envelope farther each and every day.

Collared shirts are a must have. But if you're in college a Blazer should do the trick. I live in austin and friday I wore black slim fit jeans, black boots, black shirt, and a red blazer. walked into a bar and literally had girls petting/reaching out to touch me and approaching me via proximity rule.

A week ago wore a white blazer and this tee shirt below and got plenty of attention--game on.

Point being normal wear and blazer gets the job done fine. You can find them for about $50 on amazon.

Attraction and passion are non-negotiable

That's an awesome look with the tee. Reminds me a lot of Tyler Durden from fight club.

November has a been a great month thus far for me.

I just purchased Victor Pride's new book, NEW WORLD RONIN, and just browsed through the first few pages.. looks like an epic read. Should get me fired up as I begin my internet business journey.

Likewise, I have only about 50 or 60 pages or so left of Psycho Cybernetics. I have been preforming the visualization exercises daily for about a week or so now, and I must say, I believe it is working. Overall I feel happier, more enthusiastic regarding my goals, and feel closer than ever to reaching them.

The most important book I have read this year, hands down. If I could only recommend one book in the self-help genre, this is it.

Some other titles I read this year were "How to get rich" by Felix Dennis and "The millionaire fastlane" by MJ DeMarco. Both were excellent reads, and stirred the flame of entrepreneurship within me.

In the coming weeks I will be doing a huge push on my drop-ship project, once finals and everything for my school quarter wind down.

I have an incredible amount of faith in this project.

With the respect to any major events this week, I feel a new sense of direction with my life, and could not be happier with where it is headed. I have struggled with depression in the past--especially pre TRT--and today I can really say that I am happy to be living my life!

I attribute a lot of this Psycho Cybernetics. If you have not read this book, please do. I wish I could have gotten my hands on it at a younger age.

I will post my full month report of November probably next Sunday, alongside my business game plan for the coming winter break.

November 2016

Lifting

Finally busted through some long plataues!
Deadlift 415 x 5
Squat 305 x 8
Bench 225 x 5 <-- My worst lift for whatever reason. Always struggle with it.

I am hoping to crush 420 x 5 on deadlift this coming December.

I am also going to be seeing my TRT doctor this coming Friday, and may have another adjustment to my protocol. I think my estradiol may be too high as I have noticed a couple of the symptoms--itchy nips, acne, etc.

Diet and Fitness

I am still in heavy bulk mode so I have not really been paying too much attention to my diet, just eating a lot and aiming for that ~200g of protein or so.

Fitness wise, the only other thing I am doing on top of this is using a stationary bike, so I'd like to start another sport--or at least do SOMETHING!--besides lift weights.

Style

Once school is out I will update my wardrobe heavily this winter break. Looking forward to throwing out a lot of old things and replacing it and likewise buying some new clothes.

Work and Finances

Still working on my drop-ship project heavily. I've made a few sales here and there.. but I think I am finally on the right track now. This will be my main focus over my winter break.

Travel

I have done two weekend trips this month, and am doing another this coming weekend to visit a friend. Really cannot wait to get some cash so I can plan something international.

Social Life

Again, I am doing well here. I have been paying less and less attention to my social life recently as my financial goals are always on my mind.

Hobbies

Have not made any additional progress here.. but I will. I will have this sorted out very soon and will be making moves.

Sex

I am still currently only seeing one girl, but I am looking to change this very soon as well. Like other things currently in my life, I am far, far more concerned with my financial and personal goals than this right now, but as I do plan to go out a couple times per week, I do want to see progress in this area. Shouldn't take me too long.

Game

Stagnant. Not much has changed in this area in the past couple weeks. I need to be actively speaking to more girls than just the current one I am seeing.

Reading

Still need to wrap up Psycho-Cybnetics--I have been performing the exercises every day, however. Moreover, I cannot wait to start NEW WORLD RONIN.

Random Thoughts

I've noticed the past week or so I have been plateauing in all areas--minus lifting--I need to begin taking massive action. I have been trying to figure out why this was, and it is because my financial goals, my eCommerce drop-ship project, has been weighing on me heavily. The way I need to work around this is, first of all, make sure I do all my work at a coffee shop or a library. I have been doing most of it in my room and it is greatly hurting my productivity. I need to stop doing that. Likewise, I am letting myself stagnant in all other areas and wasting time.

I will do the work I need to do OUTSIDE of where I live. This will create a wall with respect to when it is time to work, and when it is time to engage in other activities.

At the moment, I am currently pushing hard on my eCommerce drop-ship business.

I just recently got the program followliker, and it is incredible.

It will be a very useful tool to use alongside facebook ads.

I feel that's a good step. In order to get myself out more, I find I need to give myself an excuse. Thankfully for the last 5 months I have successfully changed my diet for the better, and made the gym a habit. Consequentially, I have had noticeable muscle growth, and lost about 28 lbs. So my excuse is I need to find better, casual going out clothes. This gives me that extra push to go out, and when I see the ladies, I stop abruptly and try to open.

Anything you can do to just GET OUT, is great.

Exactly. Since I have been putting this into action my energy levels are much higher and my productivity is higher.

Avoiding my home during the day has been working wonders.

December 2016

Lifting
* Killing my PR’s in the gym
* 315 x 6 Squat -- may switch to leg press since my knees have been hurting
* 265 x 8 Chest Press -- switched from bench because of wrist pain
* 435 x 3 deadlift

Diet and Fitness
* Still doing the bike twice per week
* Eating plenty of food to get the necessary cals in

Style
* Did a major wardrobe upgrade this winter break and replaced a lot of things / got new things
* Looking good every day now

Work and Finances
* Have a rough business outline for my eCommerce project and I am very happy with it.
* Still busting my ass daily here

Travel
* Have plans to travel this year either to Asia or Europe
* FINALLY decided on which foreign language to study after so much debate.. have decided to go with FRENCH!
* Decided on this after I realized I am very interested in their culture, randomly would think how it would be cool to speak it, etc.

Social Life
* Doing good here. Nothing really to update
* I have realized that I do wish I had more friends who are as ambitious as I am

Hobbies
* I am going to put together a schedule for learning French this week and pick up some necessary resources
* I also will be doing the same for guitar, and will be sitting down this weekend to see what time I have to spare to pursue a few other hobbies I am interested in

Sex
* This has taken a huge back seat at the moment as I am far, far more concerned with everything else going on in my life right now. I am still sleeping with the same girl once in a while, but I honestly could not care less about this for the time being.

Game
* Also don't really care too much about this too much for the time being. When in social settings I am doing my best to work on this, yet, at the moment I am not actively going out of my way to improve it. I may do this in the future, but for now I am working on other aspects of my life.

Reading
* Purchased a kindle paperwhite and it is a game-changer. I can read very fast now, and it is really nice that this syncs with both the app on your phone and computer. Likewise, I am reading like 6 books at the moment, which I will go into detail later

Random Thoughts
* I have started waking up at 6 everyday alongside no longer drinking when going out and my productivity is insane. I wish I had done this sooner.
* I still perform the psycho-cybernetics exercises daily and contribute much of this to the changes I am making.

Came to the newbie forum to start a similar progress thread and started reading yours.. I have similar goals and have had some similar results - started by breaking up with LTR of 4 yrs, main focus was sleeping with new chicks as I was a one woman guy. Managed 6 in about 3 months, game has meant everything - however now more focused on making money, fitness, sport (i'm a football/soccer guy), image and upping my value. (I don't even drive yet so I have to change that within next couple months). This will all hopefully lead to higher quality notches as I move from maybe a 6.5 to a 7.5/8 then lets see if I can push beyond.

Anyway I have a question, I see you mention giving up drinking and waking up earlier as being huge for your productivity. What other disciplines have you employed and found have worked for you since beginning this journey?
