Sometimes girls I meet try to hold out expecting i'm a guy worthy of an LTR, but i'd rather get the bang. Recently met a chic offline for drinks at her place, that within minutes of us meeting was telling me how'd she'd be a great wedding date blah blah. Despite an intense makeout session I was unable to escalate further. She was definitely interested in me. She kept saying when are you gonna take me out on a real date, etc. She was asking me when was the last time you hooked up so I flipped the script and asked her instead and she admitted to having sex a week prior and regretting it. So I have two questions. First, how do i come off as more of a fling type of guy rather than LTR material to women? The second, with this specific chic, how do I proceed to get the bang? Do i actually take her out on a "real date"?

When two people meet each other there's a clash of frame taking place. Frame meaning point of view, way of being, expectations of others, personal boundaries, personality, etc. So that ends up happening is that every person tries to keep their frame intact and enforce on others. How to be the mr. right now?

You have to become that fun guy who is carefree. Basically she has to view you as an escape from normal life. That's how you trigger that repressed slutty side of her that's in her. You have to bring it to the surface and at the same time kill that conservative voice in her head. In short she needs to see that you're fun, have intent and there are no consequences for getting carried away. That's the combo

Intent. This basically mean to be sexual, flirty and behaving like a guy who knows women. Important: Intent DOES NOT equal interest. It's not the same. You can have full intent, be sexy, flirty, suave, and all without revealing any interest in particular girl. This is a great video, especially the first 8 minutes. It really helps visualize what kind of interactions you want to shoot for with women.

To add to what XXL said. Being a fun, carefree guy is the most important, but I think there are several different approaches to achieving this. Some of what I do:

You have to make the girl feel good.
Sure you do lots of push/pull and put her on an emotional rollercoaster, but at the end of the day she should feel like it was a fun and positive experience. You can give the girl a lot of shit, but it is in a joking manner. What do you talk about with her? I avoid talking about school and work because that is boring. Get her to talk about interesting stories or tell your own that elicit an emotional reaction.

Be relaxed.
Nothing bothers you that much. You're that happy-go-lucky, carefree guy who lives in the moment. If mishaps happen, you laugh them off and remain calm.

Be non-judgmental.
Remember, you're relaxed and carefree, so nothing a girl says should bother. Like XXL said, when girls start telling you their stories, make it understood (through your vibe) that you won't tell anyone and more importantly that you don't judge her for it.

Be mysterious.
I usually like to avoid actual personal questions or spin them back around at the girl. My favorite reply to their questions is "What do you think?". Some girls will notice that you constantly avoid questions and will call you out for it, but they still like it. An air of mystery is sexy to girls. You're the guy she doesn't know, but that intrigues her. Combined with the fact you are relaxed and fun, how are you not mr. right now? If she doesn't know you intimately, you can't be put in the mr. right box. There is simply not enough information or beta-tells as Tyler refereed to them in the video.

Make sure this is the vibe and feeling you put forth to girls. You never explicitly tell them this about yourself, but you show them.

Pick places and venues where she can feel like a kid! This is even more important for older women. Bars and restaurants are "adult spaces." Don't knock museums off so quickly, however. If you can get a girl to agree to going to the science museum; well look I'm two for three on that one.
