Ideal location to rent airb and b Prague

So I have a plan to spend a few weeks in Prague (a month say). What are a few of the best locations for a day-gamer with a decent gym in reasonably close proximity? Also, a decent selection of bars for dates within walking distance.
Probably I could pay £20-40/night on air b and b for a studio apartment of decent quality (large bed, basic bits and bobs).

At what time of the year are you going?
You couldn't pay me enough to stay in the Old Town area during the summer and tourist season. If its offseason it wouldn't be so bad.
The good spots in Prague are pretty walkable overall.

Hey buddy! I'm thinking approximately from now into September, it was between Prague and Kiev in the end. I heard the mustek station area is a very good place though I think it is covered by the old city reaches.
