Hi there guys just wanted to do a direct comparision to the two citys Bucharest and Kiev, and which you think is a better place to stay for a month.

Main factors to consider,
entertainment value of the city
quality/ease of access to women
cost of living/value of staying

I'm sure theres other good points but those are the ones I've thought of the top of my head.

I'm 31 from UK looking to travel autumn/fall time on my own.

If you dont speak Russian then hit up Bucharest. If you do then Kiev.

entertainment value of the city -- About equal, personally I had more fun in Kiev.
quality/ease of access to women -- Quality is a lot higher in Kiev. Slightly easier in Kiev also.
cost of living/value of staying -- Kiev in cheaper.
