Good afternoon gents

As many of you will know, especially the LTR and married guys, understanding your woman's menstrual cycle can help enormously in terms of predicting her moods, sex drive and avoiding unwanted pregnancy.

It can be broken down more or less as follows;

Days 1-4 bleeding
Days 4-12 relatively normal behaviour
Days 12-16 she feels sexual plus extra shit tests to confirm to herself your alpha enough
Days 16-24 relatively normal behaviour
Days 24-28 - pre period hormonal nightmare, comfort shit tests, generally better to be somewhere else.

(Assumes a 28 day cycle. Your mileage may vary)

I'm pretty comfortable with how I need to game my woman all the way up until the point of days 24-28. I'm pretty low on empathy in general and I don't want to spend endless hours discussing her feels, often this bumps up against what's she's looking for in this period of time.

My question for the married/LTR guys is how do you deal with this time of the month. Or is there something bigger I'm missing here?

I'm no expert but I'm similar to you in the low empathy category and the best I've come up with is to make sure you've got a big bunch of work backed up to focus on during that shit storm period.

I've found that if I say I want to do basically anything else I'm going to get a guilt storm, nagged to cuddle and a whole bunch of shit that's just an unproductive waste of my time but that if I say I'm working and not to distract me I can get some peace and quiet. I'll still get the hourly "comfort me" call but I've got a strong, not now reply and she'll go back to whatever was filling her time.

This is where you have to apply some "dread" in artfully crafted measures.

When she's being "bitchy" due to hormones dont fall for the "comfort" seeking shit tests. Thats what mom, sisters, and friends are for.

Dont get sucked in to her drama seeking an over react either as this will only diminish you in her eyes once the hormones swing back

If she's prone to severe PMS mood swings (some are more than others) then discussing the issue after a bout (not during as this will likely lead to more pointless drama) is a good prophylactic for the next one.

If done properly the next time you recognize it you can squelch it with a good stern look and and an assertive "Cut it out"

My girl's Russian. Her Siberian ice wall goes up full blast when she's PMSing. Still learning how to navigate it. I've tried many things. I will try the "I've got shit to do" routine once more, but with a bit more empathy. The last time I did that I walked out on her and said, "Figure out what the problem is and then come talk to me."She stayed in bed the whole day crying. Jesus.

Not all women follow the 28 day cycle and some can be different every month, making tracking what is going on a nightmare. You can get apps for your phone that you input dates which she is "on" and then help you work out when the sweet spot is and when to avoid.
