I was at Jamba Juice, which is sorta of a mainstream hipster wanna be juice place - overpriced and thinks way too highly of themselves. All the cute yoga chicks go there.

I was standing in line and saw a cute girl 2 people in front of me. There was a guy in front of me so I pointed to a sign they have "squeeze more out of life."

I said rather loudly to the guy in front of me "squeeze more out of life... the last time I did that I got slapped." The cute girl in front looked back at me, gave me the up down, then looked away. ;/

I heard a giggle from behind me. I looked over my shoulder. Eh, not bad. This is how 100% of my conversations go with girls during the day:

Me: small talk
Her: small talk
Me: something interesting
Her: something not interesting

By this time I got to the front, so I ordered a drink. I told the girl behind the counter that if Im buying a 9 dollar drink it better have 2 shots in it. Not bad girl laughed. Counter girl looked at me confused. On the way out I put my hand on not bad girl's lower back, guiding her out the door. This move has always felt really natural to me. As we left I squeezed her ass. She took my hand off and said arent you afraid of being slapped again? slight smile. I told her if you spend your whole life afraid of doing something you want to do you'll never be happy. If you see something you want (I gave her the up down here) you have to go for it. She gave me the look fat girls give chocolate. I gave her a kiss, got her number and left.

There can be an awkward point around the time when you've paid and seem like you're "waiting" for not-bad-girl. Your intentions haven't been made clear, and there are other people around. - did you encounter this? How did you deal with it (e.g.: talking the whole time, baiting her with a question after you finish paying etc.)

This is a common day-game situation and I believe the lessons will help us all out. Thanks in advance.

I ran into this situation twice in recent memory. Both were girls I started talking to in the checkout line. They were behind me. The first time I didn't wait after I made my purchase, the second time I did.

Bottom Line: Yeah, it may feel creepy waiting for her, but you're not going to bang her if you don't. The creepy move is better than nothing, and probably even better than a phone number.

I think Roosh said somewhere, if somewhere during the pickup for doing something 'creepy,' your lack of persistence is costing you lays. Stop caring about the girl's feelings, about making her feel uncomfortable, and advance.

I'll throw a word of caution out there and say that if you knew this girl for all of five minutes and you grabbed her ass, you got to be careful (sexual assault) you don't end with a sex offender felony. Sounds silly, but women can press charges for that and you end up in that f-ed up database with all the pervs. It worked out for you, but be careful being that forward/physical (when not on a dance floor).

My friend got arrested for that a few years ago. He grabbed a girls ass at the bar and she freaked. He is not on the offender list though.

That being known it still wouldn't stop me. Good work at jamba juice Jaz!!

Dude, a friend of mine almost got arrested for this and he didn't even do it. We were riding bikes on the beach on fourth of July and his handlebar accidentally hits some girls ass. The bitch goes and squeals to a nearby cop that my friend touched her ass. The cop came over and was about to arrest my friend. He explained that he didn't do anything and the cop called him a liar and said if says one more word he's going to jail. Then he told us to leave the area.

So yeah, be careful grabbing girls you barely met. The cops will come down fully on her side.
