More likely it's due to our high dairy intake. We drink lots of milk, consume yoghurt and love us some cheese! All great sources of protein and high quality fat.

But of course, eating good amounts of meat helps as well.

I think Dairy is the key as well, the Massai and Northern Europeans have been consuming dairy for thousands of years I think the rise in height in asia is partly because of an increase in dairy consumption over there.
