Where's the best Hot, Sunny place in Europe? (E +W)

I'm looking at some European cities and i's not HOT enough for me. I like it when it hits the low 90's.

I want to go swimming and not get cold, and go outside and have the heat force my neurotic ass to RELAX![Image: idea.gif]

I'm a girlfriend[s]/wife type of guy, so ltr-prone cultures OK.

You can see below, I hope, my attachment grabbing weather as of my posting Fri
July 29 usa pacific time with daily predicted highs listed.

I'm surprised Barcelona is not steaming hot.

Where's some hot places people like? Of course, I prefer
-- the women aren't like ice.
-- I want someplace I could live reasonably close to, a medium city 500k+ so a pure summer destination isn't great.
-- I can't afford the most expensive places in, say, France.

I tried below to link to temps.

Have you tried the Canary Islands?

I am guessing they are hot enough for you.

"I'm surprised Barcelona is not steaming hot."

You there right now?

I would think that next month is going to be.

thx for idea, I'm not in Barcelona, just scoping it - 2 months to Europe "and I'm not coming back.."--below are long range forecast highs for Barcelona,
all sunny except one day "partly cloudy." I guess it's not exactly hell on earth... ;-)

In continental Europe, the warmest place year round near the sea would be the Costa Del Sol, around Marbella and Malaga. It does get hot enough sometimes in February and March to go to the beach. But, the water is still too cool. It is probably 5 to 7 degrees warmer than Barcelona in winter.

But, hotter than that you would have to go to the Canary Islands or Cyprus and maybe Malta.

The Canary Islands have a good weather, but the sea water is cold. The Mediterranean is always hotter than the Atlantic Ocean.

As mentioned, you'll want to be focusing on Southern Spain, Malta, Cyprus, and to add a new one - Greece. Athens gets plenty hot, and the beaches south of the city are pretty nice. Plus there are plenty of Greek islands to choose from, too.

Try Turkey. Izmir is pretty decent. I was there in November and it was hot.

South of France maybe?

Cannes, St-Tropez, etc... beautiful weather, beautiful women from what I hear. You have to be a baller though to compete

Barcelona? Valencia?
