Looks like his account was made seven days ago, this was posted seven days ago, and the account has since been deleted.

It could have been a fake, but I'm more guessing that the cuck made an account because he wanted to vent (and wanted validation of his approving of his girlfriend's whoring out) but had no real-life friends or audience, got hit with the true realization of what kind of an embarrassment he proved himself to be and deleted his account out of shame as quick as he created it.
