Yeah it's a total power play, and she has the upper hand.

Great thread. Shows us all how NOT to handle a situation. This guy was a complete idiot. All he had to do was get out of his car and call the police.

Many years ago something similar happened to me. I had an irrational client in my office who would not leave. When you're a young lawyer, sometimes people will provoke you and test you. Same when you're a young military officer.

Anyway, this guy in my office was a bad apple and a troublemaker. After having been asked to leave, he would not. I got up, moved to the door, and left. Went to my receptionist and had her call the local police, who were there in about 5 minutes. The guy actually slinked out before the officer ever got there, and she questioned him in the building's parking lot.

This pathetic dude actually called me later that week to apologize. I still wouldn't take his case. When someone proves themselves to be a troublemaker, you don't give them a second chance.

Just thought I'd share that.

For sure she is an annoying little agitator but you are right QC he is an idiot for letting her get under his skin and get the best of him.

I am pretty sure this guy has never had a sister.

This was a flashback into my childhood. My older sister would sometimes act like that back then. I guess she was bored. In a situation like that no amount of wit or begging will help. That will make her enjoy it only more. It was all about outwitting her and locking the door. It ended the day she realized i had become much stronger than her.

It's partly due to her that i swallowed the red pill without choking. For me the red pill was sweet because suddenly I was not confused any more.

If I ever get that mad, I usually will act upon it in some kind of way, so when he is screaming but not acting on it, the threats become idle threats.

It's like when your parents threatened to spank you with the belt, if they never followed through on the threat, then after a while, you would come to realize that they were making an idle threat... which was a sort of license to continue to act out and to push limits.

Exactly. Did he really think that, after the 100th time, she'd finally leave? This is the same kind of bitch who manipulates her boyfriend into fights for fun, she's not scared of an overweight, middle aged man throwing a tantrum.

She's the same kind of bitch who even the cops have to eventually wrestle to the ground before she realizes they're serious.

Can't blame the girl for that. She has a vagina, therefore she does not have to take responsibility for her actions, and you can't arrest her. This man is a misogynist to arrest a girl.

I'm always amazed, but never surprised, of how much of a fine line these let's-provoke-'em-and-then-sue-'em bitches are walking. Men are men, it doesn't matter what age/state. Some of the worst jailers, torturers and serial killers in history have been overweight, middle aged men. How long she think she can push it before ending up as a splattered-brains-on-a-cabby's-floor statistic?
