Low testosterone?

I know that there are probably some similar threads, but I´ll create the new one.
I´ve been thinking if everything is OK with my testosterone for longer time. Maybe it´s normal, but I can´t know it without asking. I am 23 years old (so I think I should be on the peak of my testosterone production).
I don´t feel like having enough libido and sexual performance. When I´m with girl, I only manage one round. If she´s new and still interesting for me, I can go to second round, but usually don´t cum and eventually loss erection.
I don´t need sex everyday (while having gf or friend with benefit) and I can settle with one bang a week. More are better, but I am afraid of having sex everyday, because then I am not very aroused and can loss erection (or don´t get it at all)... that means another problems especially psychical.
I know, that there are many things that can lower testosterone level, but according to my lifestyle, it should be be better than OK.
I do sports 6 times a week, sometimes even 2 or 3 tranings a day. I often workout (the exercise I do the most are pull-ups), do running (different distances, interval-training), train MMA. When not training, I can´t keep calm and do nothing, so I just walk around and sometimes I take heavy backpack and go hiking.
Generally, I am in very good shape, my look (figure, face, hairs), hobbies and behaviour (actually in all directions, only not with women) are typical for high T level.

I am not so good at food, I don´t like fruits and vegetables, but last few weeks I am trying to change it even a little bit. I used to drink a lot of alcohol every weekend, but now it´s over and I don´t drink at all or rarely or only a little. Once I didn´t had even one beer for 3 months, but nothing changed.

Any suggestions how to eventually increase the level or ideas what could be wrong (if there´s something wrong)? Everytime I get new girlfriend, I am annoyed, that I can´t bang her 3 times a day and it also has impact on my confidence.

Bonus question: Does no-fap increase or decrease testosterone level in long term? I am in 7th day and I don´t feel like going crazy. Once I heard, that often fapping can increase the level. Anyway, I definitely must stop watching porn, I realize there are only bad impacts on sexual life.

You should have posted in one of the numerous testosterone-related threads. No reason not to.

As to your complaints... Man, read your post again.

#1: Stop watching porn. This is so obvious.

#2: You are hung up on your own performance - something that is probably constantly in the back of your mind, whether consciously or not. This is very negative for your confidence and self-worth, as you have pointed out youself.

#3: You're exercising 6x/week, sometimes 2-3x/day and you have a bad diet. How can you be surprised you have no energy? Different people have different recovery rates, but the harder you train the harder you have to recover.

Look at professional MMA fighters - their test is often lower the closer they get to the fight because of the sheer exhaustion of multiple training sessions a day. You're making huge demands on your body and throwing in garbage to fuel it.

#4: Everyone has different sexual needs. Just because you're not banging 3x/day it doesn't mean you have low T. Not everyone is a sex machine. Again, you say you're "afraid of having sex everday" because then you're "not very aroused" and can lose your erection. Guess what, everytime you become self-conscious of your perfomance you're putting more pressure on yourself and that makes it even harder to perform. Stop worrying.

These are easy fixes. Stop watching porn. Try exercising only 3x, upping the calories and eating better next week and see if anything changes.

Low testosterone?

I see someone has taken out my old thread.

Almost 3 years forward... I stopped worrying.

I keep my lifestyle similar. I train hard, but only one training a day, since I have demanding job (recently I started to do 2 a day when I have day off). I don´t eat healthy, but definitely a little bit better.
If my sexual life was damaged by anything, then it could be only my worries and porn (which I limited a lot). Since post I got around 30 notches and didn´t have any problems (maybe just a little bit boredom in 2 years LTR).

The main difference is that I feel full of testerone. It´s not about doing 5 rounds of sex, but energy to live active life. I can work with it´s level and use it for different situations. I see other men of the same age not able to do anything, because they don´t exercise, drink a lot and only watch porn. That´s how low testosterone looks like.
