I'm a commuter and live outside London. If I want to go out on a weeknight, I have a lot of effort to go to to get home in time to get any sleep and go to work. Is there any service similar to Uber where I could rent someone's spare bedroom overnight? If I get lucky, I either have to drag the girl to my place (average of 30-40 minutes) go to hers (about the same, I find) or spring for a hotel.
I could find somewhere more convenient eventually, but if I could pay someone for the privelege of using his bedroom for a one-night stand and a shower, and a place to get to work at a leisurely pace, it would be even better. Would airbnb or similar sites allow for this? Say, the same night each week?
