"Europe is entirely cucked and full of pussies!"
In some ways that's hard to dispute and then I remember that we are only at the beginning stages. Most people get all of their information from highly controlled sources and have no idea of what is really happening. When you are not connected to grassroots alt right internet communities and you only watch the news and read
respectable news papers, it's easy to underestimate the scoop of what is going on. I wasn't aware of it either until a few years ago. People don't know.
And then comes to referendum on the European Union treaty with Ukraine.
This is what the electoral map looks like and it is very telling:
Red: Majority of voters were against the EU treaty.
Blue: Majority of voters were in favor of the EU treaty.
What do we see? The entire fucking country was against that treaty, a treaty they desperately wanted to pass without a referendum. Only a few districts are blue, and not surprisingly they correspond to some of our biggest cities: Amsterdam (#1), Utrecht (#4) and Groningen (#7). All 3 have large universities. What's more: Nijmegen, Wageningen and Leiden also voted in favor of the treaty and are also home to large universities.
It shows that the programming is certainly working on the students across the West. They have international aspirations and are generally lefty faggots that can't understand how people cannot see the brilliance of Bernie Sanders.
It also shows that the rest of the country is not fucked. Unfortunately, the power is concentrated in the big cities and in the universities. These people decide what the rest sees on television and what they don't see. But it's a promising and reassuring result.
Funny: The proponents of the treaty fucked themselves over by voting.
For a referendum you need a petition with a massive 300,000 signatures (the country has 17 million citizens in total) which would be 6 million votes in the USA. It was started by
GeenStijl, a Dutch news and opinion website often compared to Breitbart, and the
Forum for Democracy. It was completely ignored in the mainstream media, obviously directed from above. Only when they reached the signature threshold did it receive airtime. Eye opening. All in all, they managed to get 450,000 signatures. Still, politicians were mocking it.
Now, a big thing in the
respectable media was the discussion about tactical voting. To be considered valid, the referendum itself required a turnout of 30% or more. According to some people, if you were in favor of the treaty you should refrain from voting, hoping the threshold was not reached, and the low turnout would invalidate the referendum. Snake tactics. According to others, this was too dangerous: What if the NO voters by themselves reached at least 30%? It would be a valid result and a complete blowout. True.
One day before the referendum, Tuesday evening, a very popular television talk show on a state-funded (but independent, right guys) channel invited an expert on Ukraine. He told the viewers to vote and to vote in favor of this treaty. Many people watch this show.
What happens? 32% turnout with 61% voting against. Had they not voted at all, the turnout would have barely been 20%. Aww, shucks!
