This is what Scott Adams has said is Trump's biggest weakness and I concur. He needs to make the public less afraid of him. If he can't do that, people might just come out not to vote for Clinton but against him.

Which is why I've said he should get out of asshole game and transition into day game now, though I understand the primary thing still isn't entirely sealed up yet. He wants to get to that 1,237 number, which unfortunately could still take months.

General election wise, he can also get the public even angrier at the globalist racket - represented perfectly in Clinton, to overcome the fear factor.

I've been trolling some other websites. There are still a lot of delusional Republicans who are lamenting Rubio, thinking he would have faired better against Hillary. There's an article on RCP today analyzing 4-5 scenarios of how Trump would fair depending on calculations of demographics and voter turnout.

Trump is gonna have to count on a solid galvanizing of new voters to replace some traditional Republicans who will stay home. Bernie or Bust voters and Hillary's general unlikeable-ness are also gifts to Trump. He really needs to correct his deficit with non-whites and females. I expect this strategy to strongly influence his choice for a running mate.
